Monthly Rentals in Wood Village

Tyler’s place is super convenient to the university. We attended Bama Bound with our son, but needed a home base. It fit the bill, we were able to come and go without issue. It was nice having a place to eat a meal and rest after a very long day on campus. We brought our dachshund and she had loads of fun running around in the large flat back yard. Looking into booking again for move in day and games!

Great place to stay. Host was very responsive. Convenient location to shops for necessities.

We were in town for our son’s U or A graduation and this home worked great for us. It was close to campus and a reasonable price. I also really appreciated the snacks and other amenities provided. We realized when we got there we didn’t have enough toothpaste but there was a new tube for us to use which was great! I would rather be charged a few extra bucks to be provided with coffee and snacks especially when only there for a few days. This home was a great choice!

We have had the pleasure of staying in several of Alan’s properties in the Northport area during my daughter’s time at the University of Alabama and they have all been consistently clean and comfortable, well stocked, and well thought out. I know when we book one of Alan’s properties, I don’t have to worry about a thing! Such a nice feeling when you are traveling 10 hours or so from Oklahoma. We are able to relax and enjoy our time with family. Would book with Alan every time if we could!
