This beautiful home exceeds expectations inside and out. The inside matches the building’s historiy yet is up to date. The grounds and porches are well landscaped and peaceful with great furnishings. The area is totally walkable around the neighboring campus or to a charming, active downtown. Can’t say enough about Troy’s hosting. He was immediately reachable by phone and patient when we locked ourselves out. He anticipated our needs and at the same time went out of his way to give us privacy We look forward to returning.

This place was a wonderful gem! Right away you walk in and just feel so at peace. The hosts have done an amazing job at making the home welcoming, useable, and beautiful. They obviously can't control the birds but man were they just so nice to listen to all day. just wanted to sit on the back porch all day and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Instructions for various things in the the house were clear. Everything felt spotless! Anytime we had a question they were super quick to respond. We had the pleasure to meet them both at different times and are so thankful we did. They were so lovely and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for the area as well. We stayed for two nights but definitely wish it was longer. Our kids (10 & 12) want us to go back next year! We stayed here from Canada as we came to attend the Sights and Sound theater. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the heated pool—it made a big difference. Bebe was a responsive and helpful host, quickly addressing any questions we had and even allowing us to install an app on the Fire Stick so we could stream from our devices. She also resolved a minor pool heat issue on the first day with no hassle. We’d definitely stay here again!

Had a pleasant stay! We were very comfortable with good location in Kennett Square. When bad weather caused town-wide power outage, we felt safe and cared for with Jessica's proactive but unobtrusive attention to our well-being. Besides the unusual storm, had we had an enjoyable stay in Kennett Square.

This is a beautiful home in a serene setting. Although there was plenty of boat traffic it was I. The distance and not noisy at all. The home is furnished simply but there are many more amenities than most airbnbs including children’s equipment and toys! The host readily honored a special request! The pictures are not clear about the water access. It is not a beach, but a stairway. We still spent much time at the water’s edge, and sitting in those great Adirondack chairs!!

We had an amazing stay—everything we needed was provided and more. The place was stocked with clean towels, dishes, toiletries, and had plenty of counter and closet space. The neighborhood was a highlight, with lots to do nearby—great food, coffee shops, bars, and historic spots. Having a private garage was super convenient too. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

We had a positive experience. The house was clean and very spacious. Our kids had a fun time playing since and outside the house. There’s a playground walking distance from the Airbnb.

Was perfect for what we needed! Let us check in early and out late! Had a great experience!

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! It was clean and was such a cute space. We had no issues at all during our stay. It was quiet and in a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely return the next time we visit Amish country!

Our hosts were outside at the time of our arrival and greeted us with a very warm welcome. Beautiful neighborhood on a quiet street. Comfy, cozy, and clean … perfect for our needs while visiting.

This place was so lovely. Peaceful and surrounded by nature yet close enough to my daughter’s soccer tournament. My kids enjoyed the board games. Wish we had more time. The history communicates effectively and with reasonable time.

I have stayed here many times. My favorite place to stay. Shanda it’s easy to get a hold of if needed and is very helpful. This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. I can’t say enough about it.

We have stayed in one of Matt’s airbnbs before and same as the first time, we had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb is beautiful, private, and exactly as described. It was easy to find and Matt gave us specific instructions for everything. He puts thoughtful touches into everything like the bathroom amenities, kitchen amenities, and extra blankets and board games. The bed was comfortable and the private deck was wonderful to sit out on in the morning. The surrounding area is nice and quiet and peaceful. Love this place and will absolutely be back! :)

We stayed there for only one night, but we liked that it was clean and cozy, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's a good value for the money and the surroundings are beautiful.

This was a great Airbnb! The thoughtful details throughout made me feel like there was thought and care in every decision, rather than “what is the cheapest thing I can get to mark this off my list?”. From the quality pots and pans to the higher end hair dryer, and the cleanliness and decorations. There was even an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy when we realized one had been forgotten! It seems like Chandra knows what it’s like to stay in an Airbnb and make it homey- like staying with friends.

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

We had a great stay at Meng's place. The location was perfect for us to attend our son's college graduation activities. The place was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had no problem finding either street parking or parking in the lot with the parking pass. The rooftop patio was an added bonus just wish we had more time to spend up there.

Our stay was excellent. This was a beautiful, safe and comfortable place to stay. We would stay again if we are in the area

Gabe’s place was conveniently located, it was a short walk to a few restaurants/breweries. Plus it was a 10 minute walk to the subway. It was loud outside due to traffic but inside it was barely noticeable. We had a great time and would totally book his place again.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Nicely designed lower lever of the house with just 6-7 steps down, easy access from the driveway in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the kitchen with a gas stove, good quality stainless steel cooking pots, full size fridge and nice window overlooking flowers in the backyard. Also bathroom has a large hotel quality shower and plenty of extra towels. Bedrooms had extra blankets, pillows and sheets.The only thing I wished was, that the beds were firmer, but if you like soft mattresses you are going enjoy the place. Thank you Kitty for letting us to stay at your lovely apartment.

My family & I booked for three nights. Thought it was a beautiful and private little area, and just a couple steps away from the beach and a pool. Very quiet and away from noise which was a plus. The house itself was lovely and mostly clean. There were board games available and my kids had a fun time playing with them. We enjoyed barbecuing using the grill provided on the balcony which was nice as well. A plenty of towels and anything you need in the kitchen! Other than a full trash bag left over in the kitchen, finding some clothing items from other guests (I’m assuming) in drawers, and the keurig having what looked like mold inside. Pretty small things when looking at the big picture though. Will most likely come again & we enjoyed our stay!

Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!
