Townhome holiday rentals in Wilmington

Eric’s place was everything shown in the picture but you don’t get the cozy feel until you get there. The kitchen and dining space allowed my guests and I to cook for multiple meals and actually enjoy sitting together at the table. I have a disability and having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level was ideal for my comfort which allowed me to be social and not worry about repeatedly climbing steps.

This is the second time I've stayed at this apartment. It's one of my favorite places to stay in Princeton. It's perfect if you are doing any work with the university. It could not be more conveniently located. The abundance of shops near by also makes the stay so easy. And of course, the space is good - conducive to both rest and work.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

My stay at Martin and Angelica's Airbnb in the historic town of Burlington, NJ was fabulous. I felt right at home in both the house and neighborhood. Safe, quiet, and a trip back in colonial time with all of the rich history. It was also lovely to be just a block away from the Delaware River, you will enjoy the promenade on your evening walks. I would definitely come back and stay here on any future trips to the Burlington-Bristol area.

We love staying at Stormy's place. It is quaint, charming, quiet, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is also filled with beautiful art. Love having an outdoor patio in the back for breakfast or journal writing. The street is exceptionally quiet which is a precious commodity in a big city and great for sleeping. Nearby are a variety of trendy eateries, including a French cafe for breakfast. Stormy is lovely, a warm and welcoming host and a good communicator. We have stayed several times and will be back. Tuan is an excellent host! His place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Philly. Short inexpensive Uber to the sports complex. Easy & safe walk back after the shows. Less than 30 mins. Tuan knows how to run an Airbnb. His communication is unmatched. Very clear instructions. His place was stocked! Towels, linens, bathroom supplies, movies, games, snacks, coffee, beer! It truly was perfect for the 5 of us. I hope Tuan's place is available the next time we visit. My brother, who is super picky lol, rated everything we did over the weekend. He gave Tuan's place a 10/10. The rest of our crew agreed with him. Thank you Tuan for hosting us & for the memorable weekend!

Spacious and great location! Great location just outside Chinatown. Quiet neighborhood. Large apartment with plenty of space - 2 floors, two bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. There are two shared living room spaces with plenty of room to hang out together. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and a dishwasher. Washer/Dryer was great to have as well. We rented this place for 4 adults and it could easily fit 10-12 given the queen/double beds, big couches, and air mattresses provided. Quirky plumbing and washer/dryer but owner shared this, there were signs in the apt to indicate this, and this posed NO issues at all for using the bathrooms or washing clothes. Have to find parking but if you can't on the street there's multiple options for cheap paid parking around the corner. Hosts are great and provided detailed clear information about the place and were very responsive to questions. We really lucked out with this place and would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

This was a great find and fully met the needs of my husband and his 2 buddies. They were on an epic baseball/golf trip to catch a Cubs @ Phillies game followed by a golf game. Having 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, plus a half bath downstairs. Everything was exactly as described and Kevin was very quick to respond. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Don’t miss out on this gem when you plan your next visit to Philly. Also…a great place to stay if planning a couples trip to Philly. Thanks Kevin for hosting these 3 Navy Veterans!

This is a beautiful neighborhood. It looks and feels like you are in a German village. The AirBnb itself fits right in. The interior has lots of unique and charming decor. It’s cozy and comfortable. I stayed here with my wife and kids, and with my parents. Everyone was very impressed and we will definitely plan to stay here again. James was very responsive and helpful. 5 stars!

This was an absolute charming place to stay! Walkable to everything in the city and lots of adorable little finds surrounding Rowlands home. Loved every minute of it and highly recommend to anyone staying in Philadelphia!

Our family had a great stay at Rafi’s place. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a pack & play and high chair for our little one. Parking was right around the corner. And the neighborhood was great - very walkable with cute restaurants, coffee shops and other shops. Highly recommend.

The converted firehouse is an awesome place! It was a pleasure communicating with the host- Dimirtis. The decor and space were perfect and elevated! I would highly recommend this place to a group of any age. We will be back in a few weeks!

Staying at their house was a nice quiet experience. I traveled down with my family for a hockey tournament, they were very helpful and accommodating. It was everything we needed and some. Great location, close to a bunch of resturants but also has a great kitchen if just want to stay in and cook. If we travel back to the area, I will definitely be contacting them again!

Great location in Queen Village walkable to great shops and restaurants! We appreciated having a parking spot.

We loved Maria’s house and her as a host! Very helpful and friendly! Parking is easier during the daytime. Location is great very close to the Art Museum and several other museums. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had the pleasure of staying at Reedi’s place for a few days whilst in town for a music festival and the stay was amazing. The home was clean and as described, looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of linens, and the beds were very comfortable. Clear instructions for check in and check out made the entire process a breeze. Parking is extremely limited but with help from the neighbors on the block we were able to find a spot and had no issues the duration of our stay. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be utilizing it again in the future!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place and wonderful hosts. Our experience was outstanding from the most welcoming home to the most respectful and responsive hosts, Victoria and Devon were the most outstanding. We loved the beautiful town home which we fell in love with the moment we entered. The house was even more beautiful and spacious in person than it is on the pictures. Its location though fairly private was also in the walking or short drive to all the most famous attractions in Lancaster and its surrounding areas. The home was equipped with great and very well functioning amenities while the bedrooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. We hope to return one day in a near future Many thanks to our hosts

We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend at this property while celebrating a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect for our group spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the amenities exactly as described. What really stood out was how well the space was optimized to comfortably sleep 12 guests under one roof no one felt cramped. The master bedroom, with its private balcony, was a personal favorite. The backyard and rooftop offered cozy, charming spots to relax and hang out with friends, day or night. Parking was a breeze with plenty of free street parking nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, adding to our peace of mind. The hosts were outstanding generous, responsive, and accommodating to every request we had, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philly!
