Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in New Castle County

The location was wonderful. I have been working in Wilmington for years but had never been in Arden. What a gorgeous spot that is, and so very convenient to all of Wilmington and so easy to hop on and off the highway. Susan was extremely kind and thoughtful and we appreciated her advice and help. We had our little Havanese with us and it was so convenient to have a fenced in back yard so that she could easily go in and out. It was a lovely stay.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home away from home. Thank you, Shalamar!

Melissa’s home was as advertised; spacious, quit, and was the perfect spot to be able to get around Delaware and to Philly. We appreciate you so much! Oh and I hope Bob got his package !

A wonderful Airbnb! Beautifully decorated & maintained with a classy antique meets modern aesthetic. Clean, comfy, great temperature regulation, amazing beds! Room for all of us too be in the house and have space as needed. Lovely hosts. Neighborhood felt super safe, plenty to do and yummy places to eat nearby and within a 30 min drive. We could not have asked for anything better for our stay. Would have stayed longer if we could have extended our trip! Thank you!

My family and I had a nice stay. It was easy to get to from the Philadelphia airport. The house and the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Kat, the hostess, was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely choose Kat’s house again!

Host was very accommodating and home was even more impressive in person. One of the best properties I’ve experienced. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the warm fireplace, comfy beds, great water pressure in showers, nice linens, and gourmet kitchen. Will definitely consider this home again next time our travels bring us to this area.

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

This was the perfect place to stay! I moved to Wilmington temporarily for work and this air bnb was the perfect spot! It was just the right size for me to stay in and had everything that I needed. It was in a very convenient location, close to downtown and a safe area. Regina was always very responsive if I had any questions and also have great local recommendations! If I come back to Wilmington at any point I would definitely stay here again!

Dwayne has an excellent place in the heart of historic New Castle, Delaware. You can walk to everything in the old part of the city. The place is located on an alley which reduces the amount of traffic, plus it is directly across from my favorite cafe in New Castle which Dwayne also owns called Mercury Cafe. The cafe is interesting since you can meet friendly people who stop there from many different parts of the world. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a living room with ethernet access, and a large fully-equipped kitchen, along with a back patio where you can sit and relax. It is on the first floor. The air conditioning works very well.

Karin is great! The suite we stayed in was lovely and well worth the dollars. Would stay here again!

The location was very good, walkable to a beautiful park, a lovely river walk and a zoo! Easy car ride to stores and some of Wilmigton's best tourist sites.

This is my second time staying here, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We always have a great time. Everything is always clean and tidy. Thank you for having us again.

Beautiful Apartment, the security of the premises made me feel real secure & at home. The unit was clean host was very responsive and helpful, my schedule isn’t the typical so very appreciative that with my crazy hours she was able to respond in a timely manner.

We stayed here for one month. It was comfortable and clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, directly across the street from a park that has a great, paved walking trail.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

Nicely designed lower lever of the house with just 6-7 steps down, easy access from the driveway in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the kitchen with a gas stove, good quality stainless steel cooking pots, full size fridge and nice window overlooking flowers in the backyard. Also bathroom has a large hotel quality shower and plenty of extra towels. Bedrooms had extra blankets, pillows and sheets.The only thing I wished was, that the beds were firmer, but if you like soft mattresses you are going enjoy the place. Thank you Kitty for letting us to stay at your lovely apartment.

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were visiting as UD alumni and felt right at home staying so close to campus. We will absolutely be returning to this amazing spot!
