Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wilmette

My husband and I brought our grandson to Chicago from Florida to celebrate his graduation from high school. Eric’s place was comfortable and perfect, with 2 bedrooms and very comfy beds awaiting us after all the walking we did. Excellent air conditioner/hearing…very quick and efficient. When we had questions, Eric replied quickly.

Staying with Johana was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the house was cozy and clean. Highly recommend.

This was my first time booking with Airbnb and all I can say is that it could not have been a better experience! Aaron was so nice and beyond helpful. The apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I. It is in a good location, we were able to get to anything we needed or wanted with just a short walk. Not only that but the building itself was so cool, the lobby is beautiful and the amenities were spectacular. We ventured to the rooftop many times because of how nice and peaceful it was. We attended a concert at the Aragon Ballroom and it’s the first time we’ve not stressed about how to make the trip there and back. It was maybe a 3-5 minute walk at most! Overall it was beyond what I was expecting. If available, anytime we will be in the area this will be our first choice!!

Mariam was an amazing host and very communicative with us throughout our stay to ensure check in went smooth and to let us know if we needed anything. The place was just like the pictures and accommodated our bachelorette party perfectly! Plenty of beds and space for everyone! (Party of 10!) The area had plenty of free street parking and a 2 car garage which was very convenient for our stay! Overall we loved our stay and had a great time playing games and enjoying the jacuzzi and patio! Thank you Mariam you were amazing!

Douglas hosted my mom for a week and she had a great stay. The apartment was just the right size and price for her. Before she arrived, Douglas checked in with super clear entry instructions and then reached out proactively to ask if she needed anything from him to make her stay better. The neighborhood is full of families and folks walking their dogs--perfect for a visit with family. We will definitely look to book with Douglas again in the future.

Tracy's home is clean, comfortable, and feels like a great home to return to when you are visiting Evanston. we didn't get a chance to cook in their fabulous kitchen, but I plan to next time!!

Becky’s home provided us with everything we needed for a calm and peaceful visit to the area. Everything about her place reflects tremendous thought and consideration for the lucky guests who stay there. She has strong WiFi, lovely modern large washer/dryer, well stocked linen closet and a great kitchen. Becky was super easy to communicate with and she was particularly helpful when we experienced a Chicago ice storm. Thank you Becky!

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

Craig was very responsive both before our booking and upon our arrival. The place was beautiful and spotless; it looked and felt like a hotel but was also very homey. We enjoyed the lovely place and the town and the convenience of getting to local areas and going to Chicago. The house came with nice supplies in the bathrooms and nice quality linens, kitchen cookware, etc. The ping pong table was a nice addition. Definitely will stay again.

Xavier’s place was great, we felt right at home! We were a family group of six, everyone was able to sleep well during the two nights we stay. We also grilled food in the propane-gas grill in the back patio, it was ready to use. All of the spaces were welcoming and spacious. I highly recommend this stay.

This is the second year in a row we stayed at this Airbnb for an extended 4-week stay. Our second stay was as wonderful as the first. The Airbnb is very clean and comfortable and is located in a great neighborhood. Jesse was a fantastic host and always responsive to any request we had. If we have the opportunity for another extended stay next year, we'd love to return. Thank you, Jessie for helping to make our stay most enjoyable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa22. The home is beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained — everything was clean, spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable extended stay with our family, including a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious layout. The hosts, Narcis and Gabriel, were fantastic — extremely responsive, clear in their communication. They provided detailed instructions that made check-in, check-out, and everything in between seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, with easy access to main roads — a great location if you're planning to explore Chicago without the stress of city parking. Having a car made it easy to get around, and the area itself felt peaceful and well-kept. If you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a clean, elegant, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend Casa22. We would absolutely love to return!

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to a concert at Ravinia Festival, and it was so quick and easy. Also a short walk to restaurants and a short drive to downtown Highland Park. Best part was the lovely decor - a great mix of furniture and original artwork. Would definitely stay again!

The renovated classic Chicago greystone is spectacular. This is an amazing update of an architectural gem. The space has all modern amenities but the character and charm are thoroughly maintained. The spaces are spotless. Rogers Park is a wonderful lakeside neighborhood and is a melting pot of ethnicities and cultures. There are great restaurants within walking distance as well as close by in Evanston, Andersonville, etc. The Metra and the El are an easy walk. Lillian was so accommodating and proactive. We loved this stay and will be back.

The location was great. About 15 min from downtown. The place was beautiful and clean. I would definitely book with Julia again.

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

Easy check in and close to LUC which is what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Bonus that it included parking.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

Planned a weekend trip with our daughters and their partners to Chicago. Loved this location being outside of the city but very conveniently located to public transit. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of room for 6 adults. A perk was the driveway parking space for our car. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again when visiting Chicago!

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Affordable, quick & easy booking / check-in & check-out…it’s great spot for a quick trip to chicago for a night or two! We used the parking lot area across the alleyway, rented one of the spot hero spaces which was not the most convenient parking situation but it’s the city sooo kinda usual! The ONLY thing i wish that had been mentioned was that it was right next door to a fire dept. one pair of ear plugs were provided but just ya wish i had researched the location just a lil bit more… thanks again for welcoming us to stay :)
