Monthly Rentals in Williamsville

This is our second stay at Leah’s, and it won’t be our last! We love everything about it, from the perfect location in the heart of Williamsville village (but on a peaceful street!), to easy side entrance, and charming interior decor. We appreciate the updated and well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture (including beds!), and the spotless condition. Plus Leah is incredibly responsive. 5 out of 5 stars!

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Carriage House. The location is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood which is extremely close to a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was extremely clean, quiet, providing everything a traveler needs. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. Anthony is a five star host!

Ezra’s place is cozy and comfortable, perfect for couples or solo travelers. It’s conveniently located near everything, and close enough to walk to a few restaurants and shops a few blocks away.
