There are now words to describe the beauty of the place Mayuri and her family have created. It is simply amazing and worth a trip to Chiang Rai on its own. That is not to say you should expect everything to be 100% perfect and always absolutely quiet (at times one can hear the nearby village life). However, the atmosphere is serene, the nature and facilities (incl. pool area and garden) beautiful, the food amazing and the hosts extremely friendly and welcoming. One of our best Airbnbs ever.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. This was the best accommodation we stayed at in Thailand. Located just outside Chiang Mai, it’s a peaceful retreat surrounded by stunning rice fields. Taeng has created beautifully designed bungalows, blending reclaimed wood with tasteful interiors to create a warm, cozy atmosphere. Everything is thoughtfully equipped, and we felt at home immediately. A particularly nice gesture was the fresh sourdough bread baked by Taeng and the free access to her organically grown salad and herbs. The complimentary bicycles were ideal for exploring the nearby reservoir, local restaurants, and the serene countryside. Taeng’s eye for design and her warm hospitality make this place truly special. We highly recommend this gem—Taeng is an exceptional host!

+ A really pretty listing located in a remote part of town, great for a quick getaway. Perfect for a friend group, as you can unwind and enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings together. The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs
