Holiday rentals in Vang Vieng

What a special place ! A gem hidden in Vang Vieng. It's not a hotel or just a random place, it's a private dream made with love and passion. We had our best stay in Laos during this 3 days at Mai and Paul's secret paradise. We stayed in their lovely boat house, ideal for a group of 6, very comfortable and right on the paddy field. We enjoyed quiet evenings looking at the stars, beautiful mornings by the river playing with the dogs. During the days, we went for a hike to join the main attraction around (blue lagoon, zipline, viewpoint ...) and we even left directly from the property by kayak ! Every day, we had wonderful breakfast and dinner, homemade, creative and delicious. Paul and Mai did everything to make our stay really cool and smooth. Always available to help us to arrange our travel plan around and to have interesting talks together. Merci merci merci. We hope to visit again !

We only had a short trip, and Nouth’s place was good for us. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with a great atmosphere, surrounded by nature- just what we needed to relax and recharge. It rained the night we stayed, and we both enjoyed the rain sound and the natural surroundings. We tried rice dishes and coffee at her restaurant, which were both delicious and satisfying after our train ride to Vang Vieng. Nouth was kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking with her. She picked us up from the train station and later dropped us off when we returned to Vientiane. She also helped us rent a scooter, which made it easy to explore the town. We went around the town and watched sunset. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed 3nights in one of the Bungalows and had a lovely time. Nouth is an amazing host, very lovely and told as a lot about Vang Vieng and other things. She even picked us up at the trainstation and also brought us back there once we left. The Bungalows are like in the pictures. Ours was clean and the AC was perfect. Nouth also organized a scooter for us. Thank you!

The best place to stay in Vang Vieng! Great location - away from the crazy center but still in a walking distant (However it'd be better to rent a moterbike.) The owner and staff are super sweet, friendly and welcoming. The property is exactly like in the photos. Food is great and comes in reasonable price. I can't say much about the bungalow because we didn't stay in the exact bungalow we booked. There was some error in the system and the place was overbooked but the owner generously let us crash in the guest bedroom in her house, which is so spacious and spotless plus we could also hang around in the living room and kitchen so it was an even better experience. We were absolutely happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

While the accommodations were small, all my needs and interests were met at Boa-Phillippe's place. For a single person it was fine; for a couple it might be too congested unless the two people are very closely connected. The hosts were friendly and I had the pleasure of my privacy during my stay. A major plus was the balcony which provided a swell view of the surrounding mountains which Vang Vieng is well known for. It was a pleasure watching the hot air balloons and the paramotor gliders flying during various daylight times. I also enjoyed several meals at the Lotus Restaurant, an easy walk from the accommodations, and where directions to the Airbnb can be obtained upon arrival. Boa's daughter works there and does a good job of providing excellent meals at reasonable prices. I would be pleased to stay there again if I visit Vang Vieng another time. Recommended.

It is such a joy to stay in this small cottage. Nouth picked me up at the railway station when it’s raining so heavily that day. Instantly made me feel at home. Also the family owned restaurant is also very good. The place is about 2.5 km away from the town center, but Nouth gave me her bike so it’s still easy to commute. Highly recommend this place!

With my best friend, we spent only 2 nights at Bearlin. I honestly could stay longer as I really loved staying there. It was beautiful, peaceful with a beautiful view. We were warmly welcomed by Lan and her husband. Extremely helpful, they helped us to book a tuk tuk to discover the area and booked for us a private car to go to our next step. Their staff were also lovely and always ready to help. The young Lady is an excellent cook! My friend has food allergies and they always took care of preparing her dishes according to her needs. I highly recommend Bearlin’s place and if in the area, I will definitely go back. Thank you!
