Monthly Rentals in Wheldrake

Gorgeous stay for a few days with friends. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you should need, very clean and so cosy with beautiful views and a huge garden. It’s such a peaceful location with birds and resident ducks! We took bikes and cycled to the nearest pub - there are a few good ones a short distance away. We also swam at Pool Bridge which isn’t to be missed! We had a lovely time and Claire was friendly and helpful with all communications. It was also lovely to meet her and Andy, and their cute dogs who came to say hello by the fence. We wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. It was a really lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. Absolute gem of a place! Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor and super comfy bed. Fab lounge area with great Tv. Welcome bits in fridge and cakes on side was a lovely surprise and very kind. I would definitely stay again. Great location and easy walk into York. Perfect!!

Susan is a lovely person and a wonderful hostess, she was very welcoming and her knowledge of the local area re the Park and Ride and local attractions was a great help. The accommodation was spotless and the welcoming breakfast goodies was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this venue.
