We loved staying at the Muddy. We stayed for two nights during a cold spell. The fire was lit for our arrival and we were warm and cosy. Cathie and Michael were friendly and welcoming. The Muddy is private, very quiet, beautifully furnished and has a peaceful outlook - yet it's only three minutes' drive to town. We enjoyed a day hike in the Cathedral ranges. This is a gem of a home - we highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for somewhere close to Melbourne (just over two hours) in peaceful countryside.

We had a very comfortable stay at Fiona's. It had everything we needed. So warm by the lovely fire and plenty of firewood. The beds are extremely comfy and I loved the beautiful views of the farm and countryside. The peace and quiet was so welcome and we both wished we could have stayed longer to investigate the surrounding areas. We did see a lot though in 2 days. Loved the lake out at Eildon, the views are spectacular. I can highly recommend a stay at the farm. Thanks again Susan and Ian

This was our 2nd stay at Hanna’s place and we will keep coming back! It was the perfect place for what we wanted to do (which was nothing)….just chill, sit by the river, fire pit alight & a couple of glasses of wine….pure bliss! Hanna is a wonderful host & so friendly, so responsive & just a lovely person - not to mention her two beautiful dogs, Bear & Bree - super cute! Highly recommended!

What a wonderful weekend escape. Thank you so much to Emma and Greg. A wonderful atmosphere with chooks stars and a special little dog. The most relaxed we have been in a long time. Such great hosts. The best air bnb trip we have ever had.
