A wonderful place to stay. On a beautiful lake where we had options to kayak, paddle board, enjoy a fire or read in many different cozy spots. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great House with a Great Host , Daryl is an awesome host and his hospitality went above and beyond during our stay. He provided shelter and a garage for our car when a hail storm rolled through the area during our stay and the wife & I are truly grateful. Onto the Tiny home, wonderful spot for us and the dog, it’s right on the water with a hot tub on the deck looking at the water, kayaks and a Jon Boat for use. Plenty of toys to enjoy the lake and with a boat launch kiddy corner of the house. The place was clean and is tight but Daryl made this place work. The house is down the road from the bar/pub called Tall Pines with nice and neighborly people. I would recommend to any husband and wife looking for a nice getaway on the water.

We had a lovely stay in Montello. The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway for two couples—clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We really enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and spending our evenings around the fire pit. The yard is spacious and we loved sitting outside in the evenings to relax. One note is that the cabin is next to a semi-busy main road which we didn’t realize. It wasn’t too bad but not as secluded as we had hoped. Other than that it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL location! We absolutely loved it here! It was quiet, peaceful & absolutely enjoyed the backyard especially the creek in the back. Right next to Cave Creek if you’re looking to do some trout fishing (with the creek even in the backyard!) Also by a lot of other great fishing spots. The cabin was super cozy & had lots of space to sleep. We also loved being right outside the dells area so we could truly enjoy the nice seclusion. We really loved it here & would love to come back again! Thank you! ❤️
