Monthly Rentals in West Prawle

We loved the well appointed accommodation, pretty garden and peaceful, beautiful countryside location. Also, that it was only a short drive to fabulous walks, beaches, places to eat, small farm shop/cafe and the passenger ferry to Salcombe. In addition, that a friendly village pub was walkable in around 15 minutes. The large living area, with plenty of natural light and sliding doors to the patio and garden, worked superbly for us and our dog. It was a pleasure preparing food in the lovely kitchen. The beds were comfortable & the showers were good. It was truly special returning in the evening to the sunny patio and kitchen which look out over the garden and fields beyond and later having a view of the setting sun. Nick was an excellent host in every way possible. He was in the separate and main part of the house for part of our week’s stay in mid to late May 2025. We will definitely return, all being well.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was absolutely fantastic, it felt like home from home, well equipped, comfortable beds, clean linen, fully equipped kitchen. I can’t wait to return. Vanessa was extremely helpful and replied to any messages almost straight away. Hoping to return for New Year again this year. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to create amazing memories with our children and dog.

If you are a "good" walker, then you can walk a long way. Unfortunately I am not, but we had the car and drove everywhere. As with a lot of Devon (and we have a large car), the roads to and from the air b&b can be very narrow and bad if there is on coming traffic. This was not an issue for us and worth it. The reviews said cosy, small, so it was a pleasant surprise, that I did not find this. It was ample big enough for 4, even though we only had 3. The views from every window were fab. It was a litlle chilly, but after a text and very fast response, this was rectified. It was very clean, plenty of facilities in the kitchen, even tea/coffee/sugar/salt/ oil etc, but we had our own, but great if you forget. Absolutely have no complaints. (would be nice to have a TV in bedroom, just for the morning news, but not a complaint). Comfortable beds, lovely and quiet. Comfy sofa, fantastic window seat to chill on. Thank you

Super accommodation - newly renovated with beautiful attention to detail in building design and interior choices. Second bedroom with four bunks is spacious and the beds are excellent (both rooms). Lovely little mezzanine area where our teens chilled. Need to follow the what 3 words location for good direction (not the postcode) but we found it very easily. Thank you for a great stay!
