Holiday rentals with a patio in West Pleasant View

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! We LOVED Jon's place -- comfortable, clean and some really special touches (prisms in the window, fun hand-painted walls). Jon met us personally and introduced us to his dogs (very friendly). He checked in with us on how things were going as well. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and we really liked the shower! The location was perfect for us -- near our Denver children's residences, but in a very quiet and nicely-tended neighborhood. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

Mish provided excellent service and reached out proactively both before check-in and a day after check-in to offer any help needed. It was easy to check-in, the place was clean. For the price and proximity to my destination, I would book it again.

Stay was great! Everything as described. Location great to enjoy great hiking nearby. And well situated to catch a show at red rocks. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The space was cute, clean, and very well-stocked & everything we needed was there. It felt safe and was in a super convenient location. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great value overall, and we’d absolutely consider staying again!

This was one of the best Air B & B experiences I have had. The host noticed some broken blinds and asked to fix them during our stay. Communicated very well and were no disruption. My Labs are shredding right now, so I brought twin bed sheets to cover the white couch. The solution worked very well and no complaints from the host. I offered a couple suggestions after leaving, just simple things that could help others guests. Not only were they receptive, they liked the ideas enough to make the changes that same day. This will be the place I stay for any future trips to Denver.

The house was lovely, clean, and available. I had booked a hotel that ended up being in an unsafe location. I immediately cancelled the hotel, checked airbnb for places available, and Bill's home was at the top of the list. The description included "3 king beds". My sister, my cousin and I were in town for a girl's trip. We had a nice serene and safe stay in the home and neighborhood. The home wad very easy to find, plenty of parking for our vehicles, beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room, large bedrooms with clean fresh linens and towels, and a beautiful bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I only wish we could have stayed longer to try the hot tub and enjoy the backyard. The home is well maintained and I will recommend it and keep it in my favorites for any future trips.

Holly's rental in Superior, CO was delightful! The first thing we noticed was the nice-looking neighborhood and park. A thoughtful welcome card and bottle of wine were waiting for us. We then noticed the gorgeous view of the mountains as pictured on the website, if not more beautiful in person! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck using the comfy couch, chairs and foot rests. We went for hikes right out the door, complete with a stream and prairie dogs minutes away! The home was perfectly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable (I asked Holly for the mattress brand) and there were pillow options for those preferring soft rather than firm pillows. The kitchen was very well-equipped. Holly was exceptionally responsive. She was very friendly and helpful and always responded in just minutes. We hope to return soon!!

Great spot to explore Golden/Morrison/I-70 corridor through the mountains. Quiet and within very easy reach of walks, hikes, Golden, Red Rocks, outdoor adventure. high peaks. Short drive to everything. Golden is great for restaurants, breweries, coffee shops. Morrison is a neat little town and of course Red Rocks Amphitheater is just down the hill. The place is very comfortable and well equipped for a few days or weeks stay. There is wildlife on the doorstep for the quiet and patient. Jeff is a responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend this place.

Sarah’s place is perfect. It’s is so close to everything. Was able to walk easily to Union Station (15 Minutes), Coors Park, Diary block, LoDo and RiNo district. Grocery stores close by. We had an issue with the elevator code and Sarah responded immediately and resolved the issue. The patio is large and we loved having breakfast out there. Highly recommend this listing

Caden place was comfortable and welcoming!! It was the perfect space for our needs, with a both a mini fridge and a microwave we were able to bring back leftovers and heat them up, and also make popcorn and such things for some movie night snacks!!! 10/10 would look forward to booking with Caden again!!

What a beautiful stay for our weekend getaway in Denver. It was my family’s first time visiting a Colorado and they absolutely loved it. Having a comfy home ,made it so much better. Would def recommend staying at this location

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

The place was on its own, in a quieter area of Golden. It was very safe and secure, and it was an easy pick up area for lifts and Ubers. The condo itself was very clean, and very trendy!

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.
