Less than 15 min to Red Rocks and Golden and only 20 min to downtown Denver. If you're craving to get out of Dodge for a few days, this is where you want to be. Uniquely situated near Golden, it's a five-minute walk to South Table Mountain. With a huge array of hiking trails and a flat mesa overlooking metro Denver. Easy day-trip to ski in Summit County, Copper, Winter Park. Yet 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 10 minutes to Red Rocks. Newly built in 2016, this spacious place can accommodate eight in comfort. High ceilings, oak floors, granite counters. Great for gatherings. Well separated bedrooms are quiet, private. High-speed wi-fi, cable/streaming.

Family Friendly! The location of the home is ideal - quiet neighborhood on the south end of Golden, away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from HWY470, I70, & 6th. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.

Central Flat is a 2-level space with stairs leading to the bed and bath on the 2nd floor. Guests with mobility issues and children, please note the stairs. Space is not suitable for children under 12. 1 Queen size bed. It is in a buzzing area. 15-minute drive to Red Rocks. 1-minute drive to restaurants, pubs, grocery and tons more. Private outside entrance with a keypad and private outdoor area. High speed fiber Wifi.

The place was exactly as pictured, everything was as described. House was clean and cozy, and I thoroughly enjoyed the cute porch setup. Traffic was very loud, but the provided noise machines worked like a charm.

Alex does a great job at maintaining a perfect house for guests! My second year staying here and will keep coming back whenever I’m in town. A smoker friendly shared house means you get to meet all sorts of wonderful people. Alex is very easy to talk to and will answer any questions you may have. 10/10 will stay again!

Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Be advised, it's 12 steps down into the suite, so it's a bit of a chore if you're hauling big suitcases. We were in town for a Red Rocks show and Donald was very helpful with tips for getting in and out. Comfortable bed and "luxurious" shower, as advertised!
