The apartment is exactly like the photos and descriptions were listed. Jennifer is super friendly and flexible let us check in little early around noon. When we arrived the place is clean and neat, had very clear instructions printed out for us. We stayed little over one month and really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended to the everyone. Great apt and building! Amir is an awesome host!! This particular building is a bit of a walk to the UCLA area, and more on the Culver City side, but it’s an excellent apt to stay in !

Navid is an outstanding host, and we’ve had a wonderful stay at the guest house. When a minor plumbing issue arose, he promptly contacted a plumber and had it fixed right away. The interior is modern and well-equipped, with everything we needed are provided. The WiFi is fast with speed is over 500 MB/sec, the heating works perfectly, the water pressure is great, and the lighting is bright and pleasant. The location is excellent—peaceful and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. This is our third Airbnb experience, and it has exceeded expectations in every way. I would recommended this Airbnb location due to the very good and very safe location, but the host is very important because he always response within 30 minutes after being contacted. Never has this kind of experiences in my life to get a well treatment from a host. I truly missed Navid and the guesthouse. I stayed at this guesthouse because our house is located in the Palisades fire affected area. Lucky I chose this place
