A really lovely spacious cottage in a stunningly beautiful area. The cottage comfortably accommodated our family of 6 adults - the three proper ensuite bathrooms were super. Great living areas and kitchen. Although the property is in a very rural and peaceful location, nearby Kelso is only a short drive away. Gail was friendly and helpful at all times - a super host! A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. Highly recommend!

Great place for a day or 2 away from everything. Lovely view of the lake which is literally opposite your lodge. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice secluded overnight. Hot tub was amazing. Perfect temperature and big enough to fit 5 people if needed. Can't fault it at all and would definitely return. Local shops only 5-10 mins away for everything you need.

We had such a lovely break at this beautiful home. The place was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light – it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. As a special touch, we were warmly welcomed with freshly baked bread and scones, which went down an absolute treat – such a thoughtful gesture!
