This studio apartment is just as charming in person as it is in the pictures. Polly the owner is super responsive and supporting and everything is spotlessly clean and in good condition. Located right in the heart of Ashburton and walkable to antique shops, a local arts center with a good performance calendar, wonderful gourmet shops and restaurants with local foods, and only about an hour’s walk to hiking on the Dartmoor. I’d absolutely stay there again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline's annex. Cosy place in a great location. Great for our dogs. Caroline is a great host and we would love to visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Penny and Roger's place. It was in a peaceful location, just a short distance from beautiful coastal walks. The space had everything we needed, was very reasonably priced and felt like a great base for exploring the area. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. We'd definitely come back!

What a fantastic stay! Everything was just perfect — cozy, clean, and super welcoming. The garden is absolutely magical, such a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. It's the perfect location for trips around the area. I really wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for everything, I’d love to come back!

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

A lovely clean place with shops nearby. Mike was a great host, very friendly and happy to offer advice about local places. He even offered to come and get me from town so I didn’t have to rely on public transport. I will potentially need to come back to Exeter soon and will definitely look to see if this place is available

Another fantastic stay at Julia and Julian’s place. Julia very kindly messaged us enabling an early check-in which was wonderful. Lovely, thoughtful goodies welcomed us! Extremely well-equipped and spotless flat which is very dog-friendly. We can’t wait to return.

Very well equipped and stocked - it has everything that you can possibly think of and more. Quiet location with fabulous view but minutes away from the town centre. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend

Gorgeous apartment, beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. Super comfy bed and lovely spacious bathroom. Great location on the harbour close to nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. Highly recommend.

The check in was very easy using a key box. It was so great to be able to come in and check out without waiting for a key exchange. The accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed. Danessa was very helpful communicating all important info, like check in, parking and wifi well before we arrived. We were very close to town and had shops close by. We had a very nice stay.

Beautiful, very quiet place. The only things you hear: bird song and the sound of the brook. The house is cosy, comfortable and very clean. Anita is a great host and communication is fast. We enjoyed walking in Dartmoor: the river Teign walk near Castle Drogo and the tor walk from Haytor. We had a great time and can highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten uns einen Wanderurlaub vorgestellt und von Carls Wohnung aus konnte man viele sehenswerte Touren ins Dartmoor und entlang der Küsten machen. Zudem war Plymouth sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr praktisch eingerichtet und für das Frühstück und zum Kochen gut ausgestattet. Am besten hat uns die Aussicht in den schönen Garten und bei gutem Wetter die Terrassennutzung gefallen.

Naomi was very responsive and helpful from outset. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and perfectly located for Royal William Yard and the coastal path. So many personal touches within the apartment that made our stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Richard & Zoe’s beautiful apartment, which is perfectly located for the delights of Totnes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the equipment and furniture is of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Katy and Dale's place. It was easy to find, with clear instructions and plenty of free parking nearby. It was well located to the babbacombe downs, local restaurants and pubs. The walk to torquay is quite nice too and not too far. The hot tub was lovely and hot for when we arrived, and the robes were a nice touch. The annex is on the smaller side but well designed so didn't feel cramped. Everything was clean and tidy. There was some nice additions - a few games, loads of dvds, tea, milk, and a couple of snacks. We didn't have any problems with the stay but all interactions with Katy and Dale were polite, timely and clear. Thanks for being excellent hosts.

Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

George and Chris instantly made us feel at home, they were really welcoming and were so easy to talk too. We really felt they were 'our kind' of people! They left us a wonderful little hamper style arrangement with milk, butter, sourdough, eggs and even a bottle of wine. The Hay Loft was absolutely spotless and has everything one needs. The quality of appliances and general finishing is of the highest quality. The kitchen is sublime, perfectly oriented, very considered and well laid out. The hot tub is the best we've ever encountered, huge and much more comfortable than normal. The bed is also incredibly comfortable, West End of LDN hotel standard, really very good indeed. The icing on the cake is the three wonderful dogs they have too, Tootsy, Inky and the crazy spaniel who's name evades me 😂 We would come back again 100%

We had a lovely stay at The Egg Shed for my partners 40th- the place was cozy, comfy, very clean and as described. Fantastic hotub too, and a gift left for the birthday! Would highly recommend! Thank you.
