Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in West Devon District

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

A lovely get away, Carlos was very hospitable and introduced himself not long after check in and making sure everything was ok & if we had any questions we knew where to find him. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very cozy, equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet and private, ensuring nothing disturbed us while we slept at night. There was a convenient parking place, which was really important for us as we were travelling by car. Tracey was incredibly helpful and always kept in touch. One of the best hosts I have ever met!

A lovely clean place with shops nearby. Mike was a great host, very friendly and happy to offer advice about local places. He even offered to come and get me from town so I didn’t have to rely on public transport. I will potentially need to come back to Exeter soon and will definitely look to see if this place is available

Tiffany's airbnb is absolutely stunning. Being right on the water was a dream, we loved listening to the waves, no need for the TV or music. Although we were in a block of flats we felt like no one else was around. The history of the building was fascinating. There were lovely coastal walks and a beautiful village nearby to get food and drinks. Tiffany's recommendations were excellent. Thankyou for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back!

Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

Just had an absolutely fabulous 5 nights at Rollestone Barn with 2 of our doggies . The Barn is light and spacious and extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bedroom has a really comfy bed . The fully enclosed garden was fabulous for our dogs and a lovely peaceful place for sitting out in lovely surroundings. Noel and Sarah were very responsive hosts and all the information about the Barn and local attractions was much appreciated. They also left us lovely extras for the humans and doggies ! We will definitely be back to Rollestone Barn to further explore this lovely area - it really was a perfect place to stay !

We had an amazing time over the bank holiday weekend! The barn was self check-in, but Fran went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly communicated and stress-free. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and Fran kindly allowed us to check in early, such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference to our journey. The barn itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor space to explore. It was the perfect countryside escape. We were travelling with a 2-year-old, so the thoughtful touches like books, toys, and a stair gate were hugely appreciated. The only minor challenge was a few small, unexpected steps throughout the barn- absolutely fine for older kids and adults, but a bit tricky for our toddler to navigate. That being said, we couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway.

A stunning place to stay, parking right next to the propery, the whole house was immaculately cleaned and no clutter. We sat outside on table and chairs on the decking and had a glass of wine that was left in the fridge for us by the hosts. There was milk and water in the fridge as well as the wine, plenty of cleaning product's, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There were even chocolates left for us on towels folded on the beds. I was in contact a few times with Fiona and she responded straight away, she was also very flexible with booking in and parking. I would definitely use this property again if we go back to Exeter, fantastic location not far from the shop, bars etc. Thank you Fiona and Leigh for making our trip as comfortable as you did.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Perfect relaxing week Thankyou x

The property is so fresh and modern. The garden seems to get sun all day. Great indoor space, great outdoor space. Really nice vibe, would definitely stay again.

Just returned home from a lovely few days at Julia's property. Julia and Clive were great hosts who communicated well before and during our stay. They were there to greet us on arrival (and were at hand throughout if required) but they gave us our privacy too. The property itself was totally amazing!! It is beautifully decorated with top spec mod cons...and it was absolutely spotless. We enjoyed the first floor living and fully appreciated the amazing views across the fields towards the sea from the kitchen window. Also the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Julia has a beautiful garden and we spent each evening sitting outside enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside and waiting for the sunset. The location of the property was perfect for us as we were completing a couple of sections of the SWCP in the area. We also enjoyed exploring Bude and surrounding area. We would love to return to this property in the future.

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We were blown away by the location and views from our accommodation as well as the very well appointed apartment.Our host could not have been more helpful,with some excellent recommendations for where to eat and for ideas on what was available to do and see in the area,we will certainly book again should we return to Polperro

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

I had a lovely stay! It's in a great location—very close to the university, which was super convenient. It was comfortable, clean, tidy, nicely decorated and had everything I needed for a great week's stay. Would definitely stay here again!
