We had an amazing stay, Stephen was very welcoming. The room had a big bay window with nice view to the garden. It was very clean and even had an extra Dressing room.

Fantastic weekend , we stayed in the loft which was ideal space to come back to after exploring Clovelly and Bude ❤️ … AND We had amazing pizza from the flame factory which had the best gluten free pizza for my partner !

Bedrooms were really super. Whole apartment was decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. Kitchen had enough equipment to do a breakfast / snack or microwave meal but there is only a microwave oven and rings. Access was via a smart lock which was very easy to use and worked really well - much better than usual Lockbox. Extremely convenient location. Short walk to Torre Abbey and the seafront.

Rowan was very pro active from the get go. Well communicated throughout. The reality of the outcome was far better than the pictures. Fantastic get away with beautiful surroundings. Well done to the family set up. Overall highly recommended and a 5* service from the host himself - thank you!

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

The cottage we stayed in was super clean and well-equipped. The grounds were large enough for our granddaughter to run about and play football. Sandra made us feel welcome, and the location was ideal for traveling around the Liskeard area. There are no local amenities, but the Morrisons at Liskeard is only a 5-minute drive away. We used this location as we have relatives in the area, and we will stay with Sandra the next time we travel to Cornwall.

We are a married couple who stayed for 3 nights whilst on a visit to family and friends who live close by. We also had our two dogs with us. The annexe was situated in the heart of the village and in a peaceful road with lovely surroundings. The annexe was very well equipped and clean and comfortable.

Both Iain and Jack were very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate and help and advise on local places and provide you with the information you need. The place was so clean and comfortable, felt very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

My brother, whose birthday we were celebrating, was first to arrive. He had had no part in organising it but I had sent him the email link to contact Gary, and had already explained how friendly and amenable Gary was. My brother was still really impressed and surprised by our host's down to earth attitude and generosity. He also made the most of the jet bath before the kids arrived and ruined his peace! The house was just stunning. 8 people, three families, and no one felt on top of one another. With teens and an old lady, we could have easily fallen out somewhere less spacious. Gary did not advertise how big his kitchen space is and that it doubles up as a dance floor ❤️ Very fond memories made of my kids moon walking with their uncle. Huge hot tub. Max 6 but I don't think we had more than 4 in at a time, and it was a lot more pleasant than smaller hot tubs with 4 in at a time. The view from the back of the house was something else. ❤️ Planning our next visit already.

A beautiful property. With all modern facilities and many features. You could stay here a long time. You definitely need to be ok with steps as there are quite a few to the entrance (wants problem for us). Parking is quite “tight” below the property.

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

Stayed at Mike's as it is close to our work. All good, recommend to anyone working in the Devonport area.

We stayed at this lovely house while attending my son’s wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased. The property was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was the perfect base for such a special occasion. During our stay, there was an unexpected issue when someone in the area damaged a local gas main. Despite this being entirely outside the host’s control, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, even offering to contribute towards the cost when the gas services couldn’t fully resolve the problem. The host’s communication and support were exceptional throughout. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay with truly thoughtful hosting.

A fantastic place to stay, very close to the see front and a short walk to some great restaurants. The house and contents were in great condition and all nice and clean, you could tell they run a tight ship. Would highly recommend and I will definitely stay again if the chance arises.

Clean and tidy place. Very responsive in answering questions, very helpful. Supplied solutions to situations which arose. lovely place would stay there again.

Eves is a very good host!! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Stayed only one night but the next time i visit the area I will try to stay here again. :)

We had another fab stay here! Beautiful views; clean and tidy with everything you need; very easy access to beaches, town centre, bars and restaurants; safe parking underground. We also visited the Eden Project and St Ives. Lovely walks on the South West coastal path. Large decking with sunny spots during the afternoon/evening and pet friendly! We brought our own foldable bed as we had two teen boys and the sofa bed wasn’t suitable for both of them to share. Will definitely be back!

🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my sister here to celebrate her birthday, and we had a wonderful experience! We hiked to the top of Brent Knox and took her dog, Bailey, to Berrow Beach, where dogs are welcome all year round. We also explored Burnham-on-Sea. The annex we stayed in was clean and cozy, and I would highly recommend it. Noreen was incredibly lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable!

We stayed at Anna’s the night before we set about walking the next leg on our journey along the SWCP. Anna is a wonderful host who makes you feel at home the second you meet her. She is incredibly quick to respond to all messages and was very helpful when it came to organizing our luggage transfer. The room is as described, the bed very comfortable and the area quiet even though the town centre is within easy walking distance. We’d definitely stay again! It’s been a pleasure :-)

Loved the location, allocated parking was what was very important for us. Close to town and our friends who live round the corner. It is a lovely new apartment with great views, great shower and balcony. Bed was a little hard for us, but owner is addressing this for the future. But overall a lovely comfortable apartment which was spotless. Will definitely use again.
