A fantastic week spent at Otters Den. Max is a great host, the house is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean & everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool , games room & petting area is a fantastic addition & kept my family entertained for the week. We didn’t venture out much as we wanted to have a relaxing week but the walks we did go on where beautiful. Max & his family are such kind hosts with the little extra touches, late check out on Easter Sunday, an egg hunt for the kids with chocolate eggs being delivered to our door, supplying us with fresh eggs & topped us up with fire wood when needed ! Communication was great, Max always replied to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Otters Den

Felt like a home from home, don’t worry about taking everything including the kitchen sink as they have it there like washing up liquid, towels, board games, loo roll, coffee etc. Very picturesque, lovely stream at the back of the lodge. The staff in the pub on site are very friendly and the food was good. Used the indoor pool which was clean.

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Everything about this air bnb is fantastic! We slept with the blinds open every night purely to wake to that view. The interior has been thoughtfully put together and has everything you could possibly need, we had family visit and were able to cook for 4 adults and 3 kids and still had spare crockery and cutlery!!! Our hosts were helpful and absolutely lovely. I wish I could live at Pear Tree!

We didn't spend alot of time there, due to the activities we had planned, but very comfortable and accommodating. Would stay again.

We were visiting relatives and this is the third time we have stayed at Hannah's cottage. Hopefully, we will return again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Wisteria Cottage. Victoria and Jon were welcoming and helpful and the cottage was comfortable, well designed and peaceful.

The house was a beautiful Devonshire cottage. we felt very lucky to have found it. Modern but with old world charm. It was easy to find and then park outside. There was a village shop just opposite with everything we needed. The house is in a perfect spot to explore Dartmoor. We particularly enjoyed the Devil's cauldron at Lydford Gorge.

Skylark cottage is a beautiful place to stay. Everything new and modern with everything you could possibly need for a stay there. Kitchen was sparkling and the bedrooms were roomy with VERY comfortable beds! The bathrooms / shower rooms ( 3 of them!) were fantastic. And the garden was perfect for us and our 2 dogs who loved playing safely out there. Dilys was very helpful with text communications and Terry waited to let us in when we arrived. There were lots of leaflets with local walks and further afield activities- and a 10% off card for the local pub!!! The best Airbnb we have stayed in. Thank you for having us!!

Emily was great host, warm and welcoming then left us to it after first meeting. The tv didn't work but she replaced it with a different one.

Little Spindles is perfect in every way. The location is peaceful and idyllic, yet extremely well connected to the local town and all that Dartmoor has to offer. Beaches are a picturesque drive away. Waking up and coming back to Little Spindles made each day for us. Even without activities, we would have been happy just relaxing there. Little Spindles is beautifully designed inside and out. The details are captivating and so well thought out. It has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. Poppy has made sure everything feels like a top-quality hotel. It’s a treat for the senses with the open layout and indoors-outdoors design. The sound of nothing but birds and trees was good for the soul in a break from our busy lives. Our kids ran free in the garden and relaxed in the hammock whilst we enjoyed eating in the garden. Fun, peace and a sense of luxury all in equal measure. We booked to come again before we even left and we’re counting down the days. Just heavenly!

Fiona’s place is fantastic - so awesome to see how she’s built it and the story behind it. The beds are incredibly comfortable and it’s super peaceful. The kitchen has everything you could ever want and it really feels like a home. Loved our stay there and would love to come back.

If you are looking for a peaceful, off the beaten track location then you won't be disappointed here. Two spacious and well-equipped en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor, and a large, comfortable open plan living area upstairs. There is a lovely view from the outside seating area across the pond to the valley; a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the moor. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I higly recommend this place who would like to have a little rest in a middle of a farm. Room was really nice. There's a wonderful view from the back of the yard. The bathcabin was not those tiny cabins which usually are in such places, so those people who have faced this issue before, will love it. Bed was comfy, breakfast's honey was absolutely great, thanks for having us.

A lovely stay. Peaceful, beautiful views in a great location. The barn was a great size with all amenities. Lovely friendly hosts, would stay again!

A well equipped, comfortable cottage in a beautiful , peaceful location. We really enjoyed evenings in front the log burner which came with a plentiful supply of logs and made the cottage really cosy. It's well located for Dartmoor walks, including several local pubs within easy strolling distance. Both north and south coasts, providing amazing coastal scenery and beaches are easily accessible from the cottage. Annabel was a friendly host with a wealth of local knowledge.

Another lovely stay at Sam and Rosies cottage. so comfy snd homely. Location is perfect, near everything and not too steep a hill to walk. Train service is perfect and always plenty to see and do. 2 pubs and a social club, people are friendly and welcoming. Great food at the Boot Inn, would recommend. No doubt we will book again in the future. thank you for a wonderful stay with great communication.

Staying at the Broom Cupboard was an absolute pleasure. Robert was a fantastic host, always friendly and a wave as he went past. The barn was very well equipped with everything you would ever need and more! Lots of things to see and do - all within a small drive either to National Trust at Cotehele, Dartmoor Zoo or Tavistock. Felt at home as soon as we got there, upon arrival there was a beautiful home made cake, chocolates in the bedrooms and a bottle of fizz! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the most gorgeous surroundings, especially if you like bird watching! Thank you Robert.

The apartment is located in a small side street and is enclosed by a wooden fence. Access via the key box was easy. We went on excursions to Dartmoor and also hiked in the surrounding area. The apartment is adequately furnished. Since I was traveling with an electric car, I found the available charger very practical and the billing was also very simple.

The bungalow was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. All essentials were supplied e.g. washing up liquid, loo rolls. Weather wasn't brilliant so didn't get to enjoy the lovely garden and decking. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfy. We may be back!! Thank you Josiah and Sara.
