We had the most wonderful stay! So peaceful and serene. The cottage is absolutely perfect with all the amenities you need for your stay. Beautiful surroundings will so much to explore right at your doorstep. Thank you for the thoughtful added touches. We enjoyed the complimentary wine, fresh milk, quail eggs and fresh herbs. We will be sure to return!

Lovely cosy little cottage, beautiful surroundings and great to see the wildlife roaming around. Everything was clean and Jan was very responsive and helpful. wood fire was fun to sit around on our cold rainy time in Basalt. thanks for a lovely stay.

The cosy mudbrick cottage was superb. Every item you could think of was provided and beyond. The kids loved it and althou it was challenging with rain all weekend (which I might add was welcome to the area) - the kids still managed to occupy themselves inside. Would recommend this highly for someone looking for a rustic retreat with all the comforts of home. Thanks Anna - we were very satisfied. Job well done.

My family were absolutely thrilled with Jessica's cottage. They loved the peace and beauty of Yandoit/Franklinford and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true rest. The welcoming touches - fresh flowers, local bread, wine, cheese, butter and hot cross buns were really appreciated. My granddaughter loved watching the horses, kangaroos and birds and playing the piano. Jessica is a very responsive and welcoming host. We all highly recommend the cottage.
