Holiday rentals with a pool in Wealden District

We had a fantastic time at Dormestone House. It is an amazing property with so much space so perfect for visiting with family or friends. It was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas. Would love to go in summer when we could use all of the facilities.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

A really unique place in lovely grounds. As a family with young children the facilities made the stay for us. The Wing itself is nice full of character in terms of the architecture and decor. The place was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had the essentials. Only thing I’d say is the bathroom and kitchen could do with a simple modernisation but really nothing to worry about, everything worked fine. The family say they would return so that’s the ultimate verdict.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Diana's place was perfect for our trip for a local wedding. It had everything we needed and is in beautiful surroundings. Diana was friendly, accomodating and also flexible with check-in/out.

What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

so peaceful. Amazing pool, just what we needed in the heatwave we had. Heron cottage was amazing, everything we needed. So peaceful. great places to visit, great pub 10 mins walk away. Chequers on the green. will definitely go back, hosts were good, Peter and Kate were lovely, nothing to much trouble. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We visited London for 4 days. Kate's apartment is adorable and even more beautiful in real than the pictures. The location is just outside London, but the center is easy to reach by bus and metro. Since it was high temperatures, the bathroom in the beautiful and clean pool just came to us. Communication with Kate is quick and excellent. We'd come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Kate!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jonathan's. The location was superb for what we wanted to do. It is very close to the High Street and an easy walk to the railway station. There is a lovely River Walk close to Tonbridge Castle. We found Jonathan an extremely caring host and would recommend his accommodation without hesitation. After our first night I received a text from him just checking how we had settled in and if all was as we expected. I found this amazing. it is a small place but provides all amenities. The appllances are high quality. If I returned to England I would always try and stay at his place again.

Had a great time staying at Rebekah’s. It has everything that you need. Co-host Samuel is also helpful with everything that I need. Thank you Rebekah and Samuel for letting me book last minute. I highly recommend this stay! 5⭐️ as always 👍🏼
