Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex is a recently done garage conversion. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden.The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed to sleep a further 2, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond. The water is crystal clear with no chlorine. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden regularly too, it’s part of our home.

In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.
