Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waterland

We were only there for a weekend but we will definitely go back. The house is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures and there is everything you need. Also a lot of spices and cooking utensils - everything was just thought of.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is very cozy and we felt right at home. Jeroen was always available and responded quickly. Before the noise of the tower's chimes, we were a little worried, but for us it was good to endure and not disturbing. We really enjoyed the evenings in the whirlpool. It worked great and was immediately ready for use, as was the sauna. The location is great, great place with restaurant options around the corner and by bus we were in Amsterdam in no time. We can highly recommend the host as well as the accommodation.

Absolutely wonderful house in an idyllic setting just short bus ride from Amsterdam. The photos don't do the house justice it is gorgeous . The kitchen is amazing and all the rooms beautifully decorated. The house has a very steep spiral staircase. Karel was a very kind and attentive host. We'd love to come back, stay longer and explore further afield.

We had a great stay at the house near Amsterdam. It was perfectly located for exploring the city while also offering a peaceful retreat for our family. The village is beautiful and very quiet and ideal for relaxing. Everything went smoothly, the house was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

Ideally situated (20 minutes from Amsterdam city center) in a beautiful , peaceful setting. A real family house, warm and welcoming. We have had a great time.

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. It offered plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was excellently equipped for cooking together. The connection to the capital by bus was very fast and the surroundings were pleasantly quiet. In addition, the landlady was really nice. The stay was great and I can only recommend the apartment!

I had a great stay at your lovely house in Broek! I had to work in Amsterdam, so it was super convenient being so close by. Thanks for hosting me, we will probably see each other again soon

Very nice house with plenty of space in a quiet location very close to Amsterdam. Great with kids and for cat lovers. Plenty of space for the whole family with garden and many recreational opportunities. We'll be back.

Location can no be beat. Beautiful neighborhood. Canals and great restaurants all around. Nice little outdoor space too. Gerrit was extremely helpful with directions and alerting us of train strike. He was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was easy to reach by public transport. The accommodation was a bit cozy. But completely sufficient for a few days. Easy check-in and check-out. We will be happy to come back.

We were staying with Irene because I participated in the IRONMAN Westfriesland. The accommodation is outstanding, is super furnished and fully met our expectations. Laurens place was fantastic. Very comfortable for 4 adult ladies. Loved the outside balcony. It was well equipped with everything we needed and nice fresh linens. One thing that is on the listing but I seemed to miss was the amount of stairs required to get to the unit. It is a 4th floor unit with no lift. The stairs are steep and narrow. Laurens was helpful with assisting our bags up to the unit. My mom is 74 and made it but it was a little difficult for her. Once you get into the unit it is well worth the climb. We were happy to have our watches on to track those flights and log the steps taken! We would all happily stay again in the future.

Fantastic hosts - very responsive, clear instructions, and a lovely apartment & surrounding area. Even left us a few beers in the fridge to enjoy. What was originally just meant to be a booking for convenience ended up with discovering a beautiful part of Holland & a fantastic location. Thanks for the stay, couldn’t recommend it more!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment in Edam. Angelique and Michel were extremely friendly and explained everything great at check-in (in very good English). The apartment is beautiful, cozy and was very clean. The bed - and especially the couch and the chaise longue - are very comfortable. The amenities are also great, you have everything you need. We fell in love with Edam and would like to come back. And then also gladly use this airbnb again. :)

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay. House as described, very cute and cosy. Very close to bus stop where from you can easily reach Amsterdam city centre. Very good contact with host.

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hemmo’s studio! The space is fully furnished, very clean, and located in a peaceful and green neighborhood - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet nights. On top of all that, Hemmo is a truly wonderful human 🫂. We had the pleasure of speaking with him during our stay, and he made us feel very welcome. His Australian Shepherd dog was also super friendly and added to the charm of the place. Highly recommend this stay if you’re visiting the Netherlands and looking for comfort, peace, and a touch of nature - while still being close to the action
