Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waterland

Wir waren zwar nur für ein Wochenende dort aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Haus ist noch schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch einiges an Gewürzen sowie Koch Utensilien- es wurde einfach an alles gedacht.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Jeroen war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Vor dem Lärm vom Glockenspiel des Turmes hatten wir bisschen Sorge, doch für uns war es gut auszuhalten und nicht störend. Die Abende im Whirlpool haben wir sehr genossen. Er hat super funktioniert und war sofort betriebsbereit, ebenso wie die Sauna. Die Lage ist super, toller Ort mit Restaurantmöglichkeiten um die Ecke und mit dem Bus waren wir Ruckzuck in Amsterdam. Wir können den Gastgeber sowie die Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen.

Absolutely wonderful house in an idyllic setting just short bus ride from Amsterdam. The photos don't do the house justice it is gorgeous . The kitchen is amazing and all the rooms beautifully decorated. The house has a very steep spiral staircase. Karel was a very kind and attentive host. We'd love to come back, stay longer and explore further afield.

We had a great stay at the house near Amsterdam. It was perfectly located for exploring the city while also offering a peaceful retreat for our family. The village is beautiful and very quiet and ideal for relaxing. Everything went smoothly, the house was clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

Das Haus von Sophie ist sehr schön, der Garten und die Lage am Wasser sind einfach traumhaft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht, sogar das Boot durften wir benutzen. Sophie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und war unkompliziert, danke dafür. Wir haben es genoßen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön. Sie bot ausreichend Platz für alle und die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, um gemeinsam zu kochen. Die Anbindung an die Hauptstadt mit dem Bus war sehr schnell und die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig. Außerdem war die Vermieterin wirklich nett. Der Aufenthalt war super und ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Broek in Waterland. Super accueil de Sjoerd très réactif, chaleureux et instructions très claires. Logement très bien situé à 5 minutes de la station de bus qui dessert le centre d'Amsterdam. Maison très propre et très charmante qui coche toutes les cases pour se ressourcer : située dans un village plein de charme, à proximité de la nature tout comme du centre Amsterdam. Je recommande vivement et nous aurions beaucoup de plaisir à y retourner. Un gros coup de cœur pour les villages du Waterland 😍

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage ganz nah an Amsterdam. Toll mit Kindern und für Katzenliebhaber. Ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie mit Garten und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Location can no be beat. Beautiful neighborhood. Canals and great restaurants all around. Nice little outdoor space too. Gerrit was extremely helpful with directions and alerting us of train strike. He was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Es war alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war ein bisschen kuschelig. Für ein paar Tage aber völlig ausreichend. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren bei Irene untergebracht, weil ich am IRONMAN Westfriesland teilgenommen habe. Die Unterkunft liegt herausragend, ist super eingerichtet und entsprach vollends unseren Vorstellungen. Irene und ihr Mann waren immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt! Ganz lieben Dank und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Susanne und Stefan

Laurens place was fantastic. Very comfortable for 4 adult ladies. Loved the outside balcony. It was well equipped with everything we needed and nice fresh linens. One thing that is on the listing but I seemed to miss was the amount of stairs required to get to the unit. It is a 4th floor unit with no lift. The stairs are steep and narrow. Laurens was helpful with assisting our bags up to the unit. My mom is 74 and made it but it was a little difficult for her. Once you get into the unit it is well worth the climb. We were happy to have our watches on to track those flights and log the steps taken! We would all happily stay again in the future.

Fantastic hosts - very responsive, clear instructions, and a lovely apartment & surrounding area. Even left us a few beers in the fridge to enjoy. What was originally just meant to be a booking for convenience ended up with discovering a beautiful part of Holland & a fantastic location. Thanks for the stay, couldn’t recommend it more!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung in Edam sehr wohlgefühlt. Angelique und Michel waren extrem freundlich und haben beim Check In alles super erklärt (in sehr gutem Englisch). Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, wohnlich und war sehr sauber. Das Bett - und vorallem die Couch und die Chaiselongue - sind sehr bequem. Auch die Ausstattung ist super, man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns in Edam verliebt und würden gerne mal wieder kommen. Und dann auch gern wieder diese airbnb nutzen. :)

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben zu zweit drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewohnt. Das Zentrum von Zaandam ist fußläufig (20 Minuten) oder mit dem Fahrrad (5 Minuten) zu erreichen. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit dem Bus einen knappe halbe Stunde. Yafit und Jerry sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Yafit hat uns am ersten Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück gemacht und zur Begrüßung standen kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben es geliebt abends, nach einem langen Tag, ein Bier auf der Außenterrasse unter Lichterketten zu trinken. Unser persönliches Highlight der Wohnung ist die Badewanne, welche im Badezimmer durch eine Öffnung in der Wand zu erreichen war. Absolut gemütlich!!

Tolle und sehr schöne Landschaft und Umgebung mit Mühlen in gehweite. Gute Anbindung an Amsterdam. Nette, schnelle und unterstützende Kommunikation!

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hemmo’s studio! The space is fully furnished, very clean, and located in a peaceful and green neighborhood - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet nights. On top of all that, Hemmo is a truly wonderful human 🫂. We had the pleasure of speaking with him during our stay, and he made us feel very welcome. His Australian Shepherd dog was also super friendly and added to the charm of the place. Highly recommend this stay if you’re visiting the Netherlands and looking for comfort, peace, and a touch of nature - while still being close to the action
