It was the perfect place for us to stay. Everything was super clean and maintained. There is a lot of love in the apartment, so you feel very comfortable. For us, the accommodation offered a great starting point for excursions to Lake Tegernsee, Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg. We recommend.

The space is small and cute. On the terrace, there is a table with 2 chairs to let the evening end outside or to start the day with a relaxed breakfast. Overall, the apartment was very clean. You feel very comfortable there! :)

Nothing to complain about! Everything was great.

We stayed as a family of four in the apartment for four nights and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Our host Petra greeted us very nicely and even a small bouquet of flowers was prepared as attention in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. Good connection for day trips such as Lake Tegernsee or Therme Erding. Thank you for the wonderful time...

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-kept house. After the vacation, our son probably told the kindergarten about the apartment he liked so much. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it possible to explore the area around the Chiemsee as well as the entire Bavarian foothills of the Alps up to Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

When we entered the apartment, we were very surprised at how large this apartment is. Everything is super nice and cozy and nothing was missing. Neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. The area itself is also super beautiful. You live, so to speak, between the fields. Lake Chiemsee is only 20 minutes away by car. There is a super nice and delicious Italian restaurant within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Madlen was also great. She responded quickly to questions and the like and immediately proposed a solution. We highly recommend this apartment and would have loved to stay there longer!

Super clean room, I felt right at home. Quiet location. Functional small kitchen.

The place left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was super equipped and nothing was missing. The view is worth every cent - a feel-good oasis for large groups! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute! Communication with the host was also super uncomplicated! Highly recommended!

Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

perfect place to stay for anyone wanting a quieter retreat from Munich but still close enough to spend a day in the city. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could want for a home away from home and very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Sonja was super communicative and very helpful. We really enjoyed taking evening walks around the town, taking it some nature but also enjoying delicious dinners at the Biergarten and Vietnamese restaurant. Highly recommend! We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and cozy apartment. It is well equipped and lovingly decorated, in addition to the beautiful view from the balcony to Lake Tegernsee . Lake, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes. On top still the parking space in the underground parking and extremely warm hosts. What more could you ask for? The apartment met our expectations 100%. Even exceeded, there was a new coffee machine and the balcony overlooking the Kampenwand was simply wonderful. Fantastic surroundings with plenty of opportunities for beautiful activities. The Chiemsee is great, in good weather there are many bathing areas. We recommend the beach bar in Übersee. Bavarian tavern culture is available everywhere and delicious, and the staff are always super friendly, even when the place is buzzing. We recommend the Hirzinger (Alte Post). However, you are already dependent on the car to be able to graze as much as possible. For the programming of TV and channels, you could possibly provide a handout (for bad weather days). All in all, we had a great holiday and were overwhelmed by the mountains (as northern lights)

Really a great and beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. In the morning, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the mountains and the valley. Quiet and relaxing. Christiane was super nice, helpful and you immediately felt in good hands. Absolutely recommended!

We had a nice time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we lacked nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would be happy to come back.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is fully equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and has a beautiful view in the garden! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which is slightly elevated above the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I can highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.
