Monthly Rentals in Washington Park, Chicago

Stayed here for a month while waiting to move into our apartment. Place was clean and spacious. Even when we found there wasn't a can opener, Jamal was responsive and purchased and delivered it to us. Only hesitation I would have is if you are trying to work remotely with more than one person, the halls can echo and there are not work spaces in the rooms.

Very easy check in and hosts were responsive to any questions we had. We felt safe in the area and it was easily walkable to public transportation (within 5-10 min.). Home was stocked with basic items needed like toilet paper, towels, soap, paper towels, trash liners, etc. Alarm system helped us feel extra safe.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish! Check-in was super easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. We rented a car during our trip, and there was always street parking available—usually right in front of the house! We felt very safe knowing there were security cameras on the property, which was definitely a plus. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Each room had its own air conditioning unit, which kept everyone comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—dishware, pots, seasonings, and even a coffee machine. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with whenever we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago!
