Holiday rentals with a patio in Washington Park, Chicago

This is a charming and very comfortable unit. All the amenities are thoughtful and more generous than most other AirBNBs that I’ve stayed. We found the location very convenient to family and Northwestern U, and even getting downtown. The unit was spotless, clean and organized. And exceeded our expectations. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit for us. We had a busy schedule with leaving in the morning and not getting back until later evening. It was so nice not to have to search for street parking and not have that worry. We very much enjoyed our stay. This will be our “place” when we return. Elizabeth

Very quiet neighborhood, the house is an easy 7min walk to the pink line. Quick ride to Chicago downtown. There is a cute bakery within walkable distance as well as a few grocery stores within a mile. The place itself looked exactly like pictures, very clean.

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! 5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

Johana’s place was a 10 ! Place was exactly as stated. Parking was always available and we even parked right in front of the building twice! Full size refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials were there. Beds were extremely comfortable with room darkening curtains. Felt safe walking around. We will be keeping our eyes open for her place being available for future visits.

Christine and Dan are responsive, communicate quickly and are very friendly!

This place was perfect! The space was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was super walkable and TONS of local places to eat within a short walk. I parked My car in the free parking spot and didn’t have to use it for my entire visit. Came into town specifically for white Sox games and the walk to the stadium was about 20 minutes and easy. Being able to hop on a train and get off right downtown was an extra bonus. I would stay here again for future trips. Kevin was very responsive and checked in a few times to make sure everything was good.

My family of 5 including my elderly parents had a lovely stay at Rachel and David’s house for our son’s graduation from UChicago. It is in a quiet location that is very close to the university. The hosts were very friendly and flexible. The place is spacious, light and airy and extremely clean. The beds (especially the two large bedrooms upstairs) had usually comfortable beds. All in all it a 10 out of 10!

Great place for my family to stay! Rides to downtown, Navy Pier and Hyde Park were short and the kitchen and living room were very spacious. Henok was very kind and flexible!

This place was perfect for two of us! Everything about the description was accurate. It was very clean, super easy to access, and in a perfect spot-walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a few gyms we tried. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Neighborhood felt safe for late night walking to and from restaurants. Hosts were communicative without being over-the-top. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Lizbeth was an amazing host. She’s responsive and attentive. The place was exceptional clean and had an amazing smell. I was there to celebrate my birthday and was pleasantly surprised upon entry when I was greeted with a personalized birthday message, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. Anytime I reached out to Lizbeth, she responded expeditiously. Again, very attentive. My husband and I will definitely stay at her beautiful Oasis again. We felt comfortable and completely safe. Everything we wanted to do was a quick drive from the location. If you’re considering staying at her home, you will not regret it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was a fantastic find! My whole party loved the place. It was clean and wonderfully located in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to transport to walk but far enough from the noise and bustle of downtown. Shawn was very responsive to any questions I had and was super kind and friendly! I absolutely would stay here again!!

Instead of staying downtown at a hotel, I decided to go to the Airbnb route just because it’s more cozy in my opinion and Lisa‘s house did not disappoint! It was quiet and plenty of room for me and my friend have our own beds to sleep in! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here. The place is really cozy and located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of stuff in walking distance. Totally worth it.

The unit was as described, clean, affordable, easy to get to and home base from, and the neighborhood felt safe. There’s a coffee shop right on the corner we walked to in the mornings. We had a big group for a bachelorette and there was plenty of spaces to sleep downstairs (3 bedrooms with beds and one shared space with four beds), get ready (2 full bathrooms including two baths for kiddos), and lounge all together (large couch, big kitchen table, island seating, and outdoor covered area). Big thing for me is ceiling fans the bedrooms so that was super satisfying. Highly recommend this unit and we’d go back!

Awesome location, near lots of local restaurants, public transit and a major grocery store. China Town is a short bus ride away. The neighborhood itself is awesome, helpful neighbors and very friendly local vendors. The apartment itself is clean, inviting and has everything you could possibly need. Cory and Alexis were very inviting host, quick to respond to my questions and were very informative. I will be keeping this location in mind for my future Chicago travels.

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

Supurb stay in Fulton Market! Seth was an outstanding host—responsive, welcoming, and accomidating. The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
