Monthly Rentals in Waseca

I recently needed a long term/temporary housing solution in the Owatonna area. After conducting an extensive search I found Matt’s listing for Apt 1, the price and location were exactly what I was looking for. Matt was very proactive, responsive and helpful with all communication throughout my stay, absolute best host I’ve worked with. On check in day I really wasn’t expecting too much just because the price was so reasonable but was blown away upon walking into the place. The place is clean and modern with awesome views of the downtown streets. You can basically park your car and walk to anything you need; coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and parks. Apt 1 is the absolute best rental in the city! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting the city, just don’t rent it if I’m planning a trip there.

She is such a sweet lady and not to mention her 14 yr old cat that was the sweetest and yes pretty shy but full of surprises. House was also very cozy and beautiful, not like any house I've seen before. 10/10 would stay again!!

You can’t go wrong staying here! A charming place with a wonderful historic feeling. I can’t wait for my next visit.

Beautiful apartment on a quiet street in Mankato. We could have stayed for weeks! The kitchen had everything we needed from brewing coffee to making a full meal. The bathroom was clean and stocked with Q-tips, cotton balls, and soap: everything we needed. We loved sitting in the quiet backyard in the evenings, watching the rabbits run outside the fence! Lots of restaurants nearby, including a wonderful Somalian place and a Chinese restaurant. We walked to the Hubbard House and the Betsy-Tacy houses, about a mile away. Charming town!
