Had a great stay at this beautiful home! Plenty of space for our party and a lovely yard/outdoor space was a bonus. Convenient to many places to eat in Portsmouth/Newport and easy to get to/from.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was so very peaceful and we loved being literally right around n the water! Slept amazingly well and the cottage was just lovely! Robert was also a great host. 5 stars all around and we hope to return again!

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

We always love going to this cottage. It’s our favorite. It’s actually one of our favorite places. To go a few times a year winter summer. We just spent memorial weekend there. A little doggies loved it. Home away from home so cozy. Bobby the host is wonderful. My daughter boyfriend came up and they absolutely loved it and my son came from Texas to spend one night. It was his first time there he loved it. We already planning on going back. Fantastic getaway. If you need to distress and want calmness. This is the place to come to. And the town of Mystic has great restaurants Like I said it’s our favorite place to come to and I’ve been to quite a few…. Just got home today and I’m seeing if I can book some sometime in October to go back we love it.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was the perfect spot to be near the main attractions around Thames Street and convenient to walk elsewhere. We loved having a private parking spot for our car as well. Bonus perk for being able to bring our dog with us! The hosts checked on us every evening if we needed anything—provided recommendations, and were super friendly and welcoming! Only downside to being so close to downtown is the loud noise from a nearby bar late at night on weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Newport/Pelham Court and hope to come visit again in future! Thanks for having us! :)

Exceeded expectations can’t wait to return! Great spending time with grandkids and sharing all the local spots- Jim’s and skips dock and snug harbor diner- they are all still open from my childhood time- 70’s….

This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We were next to the YMCA, where we enjoyed exercising. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking. The internet was strong.

Yosefa's place actually felt like a home instead of a personality-less Airbnb. We loved all of the plants and the colorful decor. The street that it's on is very quiet, but there are lots of things to do just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful space! Very comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed every bit of our visit and felt so at home. It's also in the perfect location: close enough to downtown Newport that everything is very accessible and it's also in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood for a good night's rest. But wait--there's more! The hosts Marybeth and Douglas were so welcoming to us and accommodated our request to check- in earlier than scheduled! They were very friendly and provided extra stuff to make our stay feel so homely and comfortable! Everyone of us (13 people) truly enjoyed our stay at their beautiful, spacious and historical home!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

We can’t say enough about Amy’s place. It was a peaceful home with a beautiful in the ground pool surrounded by amazing gardens. Amy is a very responsive host. We will be back!

Galen and Clark were wonderful hosts. Galen was one of the friendliest and most responsive and accommodating hosts I've ever had with Airbnb and I've stayed at many. The house is in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous garden. It was wonderful to have a comfortable sitting area along with two lovely bedrooms for my visit there with an old friend. Also, very clean. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great visit!
