Lovely, relaxing and cozy apartment. It was the perfect place to come home to after a fun day of sightseeing.

We had a perfect stay — travelling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging but Debora provided everything we needed to make the stay comfortable (cot, high chair, bath, even cutlery!) and it really felt like a home away from home. The airbnb was spotless, it’s a good location in Fall River walking distance from a playground, parking was super easy, and we loved our stay.

It was in the perfect location for visiting our relatives. It had everything we needed for our stay. Yens is very responsive to the questions I had. We would stay here again

We were in town for a reunion and stayed for three nights. It was fantastic to have a place to grab a nap between events and freshen up and change for dressy nighttime events because it was so close. Nighttime was extremely restful and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the geese and ducks were charming. Our hosts were very warm. Great stay!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

this was a great place to stay in brewster. it is across the street from my favorite coffee shop and walkable to several great restaurants in the area. ann was a great host and easy to talk to. i definitely recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful stay at Gerda's place. Great host! Gave a lot of suggestions on what to do. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. I really liked the location being right on the Main St., but it can be a bit noisy in the morning with the coffee shop directly across the street. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay - great location and very much enjoyed the surrounding areas. The air bnb was very nice with all the amenities. Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

Great location! Well maintained. Enjoyed sunrises from the back deck. Very walkable to Decatur House where my mom lives, also Beth’s Bakery, Lo Adora for great Italian takeout and wine, ant the Sandwich Boardwalk! Mark was very friendly and hardworking at keeping his property in great shape. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Middletown. You are a short drive from three huge beaches and from downtown Newport. The home is not directly on the water, but it has good views of the water both from the living room and from the widow's walk. The space is very large and comfortable -- particularly the living room, which felt bright and spacious even on rainy days. However, be aware that the two bedrooms are not equivalent: The master bedroom (which has a gorgeous attached bathroom) is noticeably nicer. The hosts were extremely responsive, informative, and flexible, and clearly worked hard to make sure our stay went well. I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina's place! The location is relaxing and beautiful. We were able to take the canoe out on the pond/lake, which was a lot of fun. The room is very cute, and we were able to cook and grill very easily. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely book again!
