we had a great stay, perfect as a base for visiting the local area. House was beautiful, friendly neighbours who sold us some firewood, would definitely recommend anyone else staying.

Compact and well designed place to stay above a terraced garden, with views across to the downs. Plenty of wildlife and birds. I heard foxes and owls and saw bats catching moths at twilight.

Stayed a month and felt right at home. You’ve got Sainsbury’s, the bus, and a cracking pub just down the road, tick, tick, tick. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud. The shower might be small, but it delivers hot water and great power. As a woman travelling solo, I felt totally safe, that lovely mix of knowing someone’s nearby if needed, but also having my own peaceful space. The farm setting is gorgeous, you feel part of something special, while still having your own little haven. I’d come back in a heartbeat!
