Monthly Rentals in Waldstetten

A spacious, beautiful apartment with all comforts. Very clean and highly recommended. And not to forget: with a magnificent view of the Rechberg. Waldstetten is an ideal place for hiking through the Ostalb district and for visiting the historic Stauferstadt Schwäbisch Gmünd. We will be back!

A very quiet environment, good kitchen, comfortable couch, underfloor heating starts quickly, so it gets warm in the room quickly. The only issue was the water, it was mostly cold in the shower, sink and in the kitchen sink. In the shower,no matter how or how long you tried to set it, the water was either cold or extremely hot for a few seconds and then cold again.

Check-in to the apartment was very easy, with the code in the app and the lock in front of the house. The Apartment is very modern, has lots of light, everything was very clean, and we felt right at home. In the kitchen there was everything you need for eating and cooking. Living room with TV, sofa, dining table and balcony. The bedroom is also very nice. Amy and Tobias were always very responsive. All in all, a great, bright and beautiful apartment if you want to visit Schwäbisch Gmünd and do not want to sleep right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A grocery store is very close(3 minutes by car or you can walk as well) and the neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed here with a baby and Tobias and Amy got us a crib as well which was very much appreciated.

Overall, everything was great - despite the heat it was pleasantly cool, hosts, who also live in the house, make a lot of effort in the care of the outdoor facilities, possibility to sit outside
