Holiday rentals with breakfast in Villeneuve-Loubet

Notre séjour à Antibes a été absolument parfait, en grande partie grâce à Bertrand et son logement. Tout était au rendez-vous : • Communication facile et rapide avec Bertrand. • La maison correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos. • Emplacement idéal pour explorer la Côte d’Azur sans subir les embouteillages. • Quartier calme et sécurisé. • La climatisation a été un vrai plus pour notre confort. • Beau jardin, très agréable pour se détendre. • Piscine parfaite, jamais surpeuplée, ce qui nous a permis d’en profiter pleinement. • Literie très confortable, assurant de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Je recommande sans hésiter la location de Bertrand. C’est une valeur sûre pour profiter pleinement de cette magnifique région.

Un cadre parfait dans les collines, l’appartement est au top, fonctionnel et très agréable. Le sauna et la baignoire à spa un délice pour se relaxer!! Un petit déjeuner copieux, et local, n’hésitez pas venez essayer!!

Super accueil chaleureux de Christiane, René et la petite Lola ! L'extérieur est magnifique et l'espace totalement privatif piscine/cuisine d'été est idéal pour se rafraîchir et se détendre en toute intimité. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours en voiture (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, ...) ; le centre du village et le supermarché sont littéralement à 5 min à pied du logement. Merci pour cette parenthèse idyllique !

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location in the hills overlooking Cannes. Plenty of space to spread out and relax - very large open plan living/dining/kitchen space with French doors opening onto the poolside patio. 5 large bedrooms, 4 with en-suite and air con. 2 of the bedrooms have an additional single bed so can accommodate a large number of guests. Very clean, with modern bathrooms alongside more traditional rooms. Very well equipped kitchen with Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines, induction hob, large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Beauty and cleaning products provided. Overall, a really enjoyable stay that provided a good base to tour around the region.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Sophie, tout était parfait Petit plus pour le petit déjeuner avec la confiture maison, on s’est régalés ☺️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alain ! La maison est magnifique, au calme loin de l'agitation de la côte, et en plein cœur de la nature où nous avons eu la chance de voir des chevreuils. Nous avons rencontré Alain et sa femme qui sont très accueillants, bienveillants, et pleins de bons conseils. Merci pour ce séjour !

Gisèle est très accueillante et disponible , elle nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire et les restaurants …😊 Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit mais l’expérience fut bonne !le linge sentait bon…et les lits sont confortables ! Plusieurs terrasses agréables ! À savoir qu’un studio à louer également est collé au logement mais n’occasionne aucune gêne …

I had a wonderful stay at Coralie’s apartment! The place was lovely and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. I especially enjoyed being able to sleep with the window open, letting in the fresh air. I had to work in the evenings during my stay, and I was pleased to find that the internet was excellent—reliable and fast, which made my work much easier. While the apartment is a bit on the outskirts of Nice, it was actually quite convenient, especially with bike rentals right outside. It made exploring the area a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice. Thank you, Coralie!

Our trip was lovely! The apartment was very clean, in a great location with a beautiful view of Cap d’Ail and the Mediterranean, and the amenities all worked perfectly. Simona was a gracious and responsive host. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, perfect for 4 people! It’s located inside the hotel but the apartment unit is spacious with both a general dining sitting area and a separate couch /tv room that can also be a bedroom. On the Jean Medicin as soon as you step outside which made it convenient to walk to other places!

foi um pouco difícil de encontrar mas a Martine prontamente nos ajudou. também nos permitiu entrar mais cedo, o que, com bebés, foi essencial. A propriedade está na melhor localização possível, no coração da Vila. Isso faz com que haja algum barulho ate tarde, mas vale a pena!

I had a pleasant stay at Gael’s studio apartment. The apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities ( air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine etc) and charming balcony with mountains view ! Place is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Gaël was very nice and responsive, I wanted stay few more days and he was flexible with the booking.

Valentin e Léa foram extremamente prestativos desde a reserva e todas as perguntas que fiz sempre responder rapidamente e com todos os esclarecimentos necessários. No dia da chegada, o interfone da portaria do prédio estava com problemas e eles fizeram questão de levar um controle magnético da porta de entrada do prédio para deixar comigo para que não tivesse incômodos. Eu viajei para participar do Marché du Film que acontece no Festival de Cannes. Então era estratégico ficar perto do Palácio dos Festivais. O apartamento fica em La Cannet, cidade vizinha a Cannes, mas é tudo muito perto. O studio / apartamento fica a menos de 3 km do Palácio dos Festivais. Há um ônibus que a Léa me sugeriu para pegar tanto para ir quanto para voltar do Marché du Film (Linha 1), que foi super prático e os participantes do Festival de Cannes que possuem a credencial oficial não pagam o bilhete de ônibus interno, é uma cortesia. O trajeto de casa até o Festival de ônibus eram menos de 10 minutos.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse, gutes Bett, auch breit genug. Toll ausgestattete Küche, Steven hatte den Kühlschrank schon mit ein paar Getränken gefüllt, das war sehr angenehm. Steven ist sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt. Die Umgebung ist laut, besonders nachts die Motorräder, aber dafür ist man mitten drin. Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Logement très agreable et bien situé, ça monte mais pas trop depuis la gare. Il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut niveau équipements, et la terrasse est un plus. Myriam est adorable et prévoit plein de petites attentions à l'arrivée. Pas de problème de chaleur grâce à la clim. Parfait pour un déplacement pro. je recommande.

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority — the space was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. The interior design is absolutely stunning, with thoughtful details and a cozy, modern aesthetic that made it feel like a true home away from home. Stephan was not only incredibly kind and welcoming but also impressively responsive. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained space hosted by someone who genuinely cares about your comfort.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso Sensivilla guesthouse , ottima esperienza, vista panoramica spettacolare ; abbiamo riposato molto bene nel silenzio della natura , le camere sono molto confortevoli e ben arredate . Anche la kitchenette è’ molto utile per spuntini o per consumare cibi da asporto noi abbiamo ordinato una pizza con un delivery con consegna a domicilio gratuita . Alessandra è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha accolto con un simpatico aperitivo di benvenuto . Torneremo sicuramente molto consigliato

Bibi war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage dort ist super und ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist definitiv der Pool. Das Frühstück war immer liebevoll und schön vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Świetny wybór na nocleg, oferta zgodna z opisem. Blisko na plażę, uroczy balkon ze wspaniałym widokiem, na którym można zjeść przepyszne śniadania od Danielle. Zdecydowanie jedno z lepszych miejsc na jakie trafiłam, serdecznie polecam! 💙

Tout était parfait, le cadre est magnifique et très ressourçant, les hôtes sont à l'écoute, très sympathiques et se rendent disponibles autant que possible. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé. Il y a un parking juste à côté mais si on est à pied (comme nous), on est assez proche des transports mais suffisamment loin pour être dépaysé et au calme le temps du séjour. On a aussi de chouettes ballades à faire aux alentours... Bref, comme on l'a dit en partant, si on avait pu mettre plus de 5/5 on l'aurait fait !! On espère revenir à l'occasion et peut être profiter de la rivière d'un peu plus près. Pas assez courageux pour se baigner en hiver !!

C était notre troisième séjour chez Philippe et Mireille et nous recommandons le Patio 53 à 100%. Le jardin, la piscine et tout l ensemble sont vraiment magnifiques. En plus Philippe et Mireille ont des très utiles recommandations pour des restaurants et lieux à visiter dans le coin. Vous pouvez être sur d y vivre un très beau séjour dans un cadre apaisante.

We had a wonderful stay at Pascal’s. She was always friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. We loved the pool and the house itself, which was always clean and very stylishly decorated. We highly recommend both the accommodation and Pascal, and we hope to be back soon!
