House holiday rentals in Villeneuve-Loubet

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

We had a great time at Oscar's. We were greeted with smile and kindness by himself and his little family. The house is splendid and functional . The rooms are very large. Having 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 inside the same as the kitchen allowed us to live with our toddlers without disturbing the rest of the family with our morning schedules. Kind of like an apartment in the house . The pool and exteriors are more than pleasant. The house is just as much for a family trip like ours ( 11 people ) , as for a stay with friends , The restaurants in the area are delicious . Oscar is also very good advice. Ideal location for cyclists, both for the road ( hilly ) and for the mountain bike that allowed us to visit this beautiful region and its panoramas. We were not lucky with the weather but that didn't stop us from having a great stay . Thank you

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

Good place to stay, very modern property

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We loved our week at this little house totally open to the outdoors. No overlook, beautiful trees creating natural shade at any time of the day. A truly exceptional, peaceful environment, while being very close to St Paul de Vence and other pretty villages like Tourette's sur Loup. The banks of the Wolf are also very pleasant for a stroll, canoeing or even climbing. The great equipment for the music did not work on Bluetooth but Nicolas helped us remotely to find another solution. In short, a very qualitative environment for a very refreshing stay. Thank you very much Nicolas and Marie, we will come back with great pleasure.

Unbelievable location for this immensely picturesque home. Very close to centre of Antibes, yet quiet and secluded.

We thank Daniela for her availability, kindness and responsiveness (indeed, we encountered a payment problem with BNB the day before leaving). Arrived in St Paul de Vence, Daniela gave us a warm welcome and the "Bergerie" really met our expectations in an exceptional setting. Thank you for the little treats and refreshments at our disposal. For both of us, these few days were rejuvenating, between walks, cultural discoveries of this beautiful region and relaxation in the evening in this beautiful green setting. It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

We had a great stay. Very nice apartment inside with a beautiful outside area. Location is also great - it’s close to the beach and a lot of different places can be reached within 30 mins. The parking spot was also a plus. Overall, we can fully recommend staying here as a family (2 kids and a baby).

We had planned a 4-5 day trip to the Nice, Eze, Menton region. We preferred this location especially because of the parking facilities and the average distance to every location we plan to travel. Laurent is a very polite, caring host who responds to all your questions very quickly. The house was quite clean and the furniture was of a quality that would provide our comfort during our stay. It may be useful to improve the double bed a little more in the future. We admired the sounds of birds on the porch of the house and especially the silence in the evenings. We bought a spare cartridge for the cartridges in the coffee machine, but I think we bought it for the wrong machine :( Since we checked out afterwards, we didn't have the opportunity to change it again. Laurent is a wonderful host and the house offers a wonderful guest experience. This is a place we will definitely want to stay again on our next visits to this region.

I stayed in this house with my wife and two daughters, in a calm, peaceful and decent neighborhood. The host welcomed us very nicely, answered our questions quickly before and after we arrived at the house, and did everything necessary to meet our demands. The house had its own parking lot, the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed. The welcome basket, carefully prepared beds, clean towels placed on them, and personal care sets in a pouch were all meticulous and orderly. In summary, we were very pleased, we recommend everyone to stay in this house with peace of mind. Thanks for everything...

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!
