Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Villeneuve-Loubet

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always very easy to reach. Responded very quickly to the messages and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

The listing is even better than in the description. It is really suitable for children (high chair, crib, games, books, potty, baby dishes...) and it's rare to have so many necessities available in a place: breakfast (bread, nutella, nespresso capsule) and bathroom (shampoos, hair care, soaps, and even toothpaste!) everything was perfect.

Christophe and Lena were the perfect hosts. They were very discreet and flexible and left us to enjoy their charming house but at the same time really went the extra mile to make our stay in La Colle-sur-Loup an unforgettable one. From the warm welcome, the thoughtful welcome pack, the ease of check-in and check-out and the flexibility around timings, it’s hard to imagine a smoother and more hospitable experience. The value for money really is EXCEPTIONAL too, particularly when you consider the location right in the heart of the village and that you’re getting an entire house over four levels, including a stunning roof terrace with a view across to Saint Paul de Vence that we used a couple of times for breakfast and lunch during our stay. La Colle-sur-Loup is a great place to visit, but is also really well located for Nice, Saint Paul de Vence (walkable in around 20 minutes) and the coast - we were on the beach in Antibes in around 25 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Fred and Sylviane’s Suite in the Village is a little piece of heaven. Nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking view from the private terrace in the rooftops!! Fred met us on arrival and took us up to the 16th Century cottage, simply lovely, elegantly furnished and perfect for a romantic getaway. Absolutely in love with the place and Fred and Sylviane were absolutely charming. Love! ❤️

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! We had a wonderful stay at this place! They were both incredibly kind and responsive throughout our visit — answering all our questions and checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. They also provided us with great suggestions for sightseeing and local experiences, which we really appreciated. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and offered stunning views. The surrounding area was very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed a lovely holiday here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Beautiful apartment with eclectic decor. Incredibly great balcony overlooking the forest and sea. Unique quiet and secluded location, with short walking distance to the old town of Vence. I would definitely recommend the place as a starting point for a holiday in Provence! Fabienne is quick and good at communicating🌟

We had a great experience and vacation coming to this Airbnb. The host, Kevin, was so nice and friendly. He showed us how everything worked and he was there to contact if we needed something. We really appreciated that he was flexible with our check-in time. That was truly a blessing! The location was perfect for what we needed—we were able to walk 5 minutes to a nearby grocery store and bakery, as well as about 17 minutes to a hypermarket and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries to try as well. The area is beautiful and felt very safe. We were looking for something that was not touristy and this town was perfect. It is near a lot of other towns or fun things to do if you want to take a day trip somewhere. The amenities were all great, and we especially loved the hot tub and the two TVs—one in the living room, one in the bedroom. We had a wonderful time in the south of France and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun getaway.

Fabulous location that allows you to soak up the vibes of Nice. Easy access with all necessary amenities. Great people watching overlooking to bay from the balcony. Extremely walkable to Old Nice, beach, port and beyond.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

The apartment is great and has a beautiful view. Everything was perfect, even in the details: very good air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed. Bed linen, towels, dishes/cutlery and the whole apartment in general were super clean. Sophie responds very quickly to questions and is always available. Unrestricted recommendation!

The apartment met our expectations. 3 bedrooms including 2 with access to the terrace and a view of the quiet interior gardens. That's perfect. The beach is 30m away and you have a rooftop pool with an amazing sea view. There are many restaurants within walking distance in the marina. I thank our host Roberto who gave us a lot of information about the sites to visit…… He was very responsive to each of my questions. Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Beautiful location, balcony had unadulterated view of the ocean. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. Right on the promenade and a beautiful walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy to access from the airport and a great base to get out and explore the French Riviera. Highly recommended

Anthony's apartment is super clean, new, well laid out and with a large terrace. I would recommend it in a second!
