Monthly Rentals in Villaverde

We had a very nice time staying here. The location is in a very quiet residential neighborhood making it perfect for our longer stay. It is also convenient to walk to the grocery store or to to metro to get into town. We particularly e joyed the riverside park which is within walking distance. You are also able to walk into downtown completely within this park which enjoyed a few times. Raúl was very responsive during our entire stay, and the apartment was well equipped.

I had a nice stay in Elena's house. Friendly family. Comfortable and cool (in June) room, very clean and we'll equipped. Save neighborhood, easy parking, few minutes walking to Renfe station, from there, less than 30 minutes, you will be in Madrid central. Good option for short or long stay. Recommended.

Fabiola is the best host that you will ever meet. She’s one of a kind, I stayed with her for 3months and she really treat me as her family and my child. You have everything that you need on the whole duration of your stay. The house is clean and in a good location. It’s easy to go to the main city. It’s five star for me! Don’t hesitate to book her place!

Jose Luis's place is the most spacious and best equipped Air B&B we have rented ever, and he was the most accommodating host ever! He picked us up at the airport and dropped us at the end of our month stay - he quickly answered any questions and came over to check on an appliance. He had food, drinks, soaps, and other essentials for us to use, and his place is very tastefully decorated. It's a quick 8-minute walk to the metro that takes you to the heart of Madrid, and there are numerous bus stops even closer, plus supermarkets & restaurants. I most highly recommend his place!!
