Holiday rentals with a kayak in Villas, Lower Township

We absolutely loved this home. My wife's parents and some other family members came into town and explored this area with us for the first time. We loved the house and the ocean views! The house was immaculate and smelled so fresh. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene beach town.

We loved our stay at Oasis Stone Harbor. They have everything! Bikes, games, a fantastic back yard and close proximity to the beach, it’s perfect.

CJ’s place was absolutely perfect! The view of the lake was stunning—waking up to that every morning truly felt like a dream. The neighbors were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel even more relaxed and enjoyable. The house itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Being in that space really made our trip extra special. Huge thank you to CJ for being such a great host—we’d definitely come back!

The house was perfect for our family of four and bull dog, just the right size and spotless. Just a super short walk over to the Bay beach for our morning and evening walks with the dog. Short ride to local breweries, restaurants, downtown Cape May, as well as lighthouse and zoo. Quiet family neighborhood great for bike riding with the kids and no noisy parties or rowdy residents to worry about.

We loved Jim's place. Having a pool in the backyard was such a wonderful amenity. The walk to the beach was short as described. Jim answered all questions quickly and his recommendations were welcome. It was the perfect house for our family vacation.

Beautiful house just as described. Nice back yard, grill & hot tub. Close car ride to Cape May beaches and downtown shopping & restaurants. Loved Chez Michel French bakery. Nice that she had umbrella, chairs, cooler & boogie boards already there. Would definitely stay there again.

6 adults and 3 kiddos enjoyed a nice weekend in this house. The layout was accommodating for multiple families and we were able to put all 3 kids in their own space. The decks were very nice, the fire pit out back was a great place to catch up with friends we seldom see. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the walk to the beach was easy. Joe was quick to communicate and great at accommodating our requests. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Needed a clean, quiet place for a long weekend for a local wedding. Very few options willing to accomodate us. The property and Tim were wonderful

This place is truly in the perfect location in Brigantine! As someone with a child it was extremely easy to walk from the house to the beach and back, even multiple times a day. You’re also very near to great restaurants and shops so it’s super convenient. The house is perfect for families and has a well stocked kitchen and grill, which made cooking meals a breeze. Finally, Tyler is a great host who was super responsive and helpful. I will absolutely try to rent this gem again!

This was our second time staying at Stephanie’s place, this time with our toddler, and we had a fantastic time! We all love the house itself, especially having our meals outside on the covered deck when the weather was nice. The fenced-in yard is also a big plus for our dog, as is the dog-friendly bay beach just a short stroll away. The house is so comfortable to hang around in, and was also stocked with really thoughtful amenities (like dog poop bags!) We also love and appreciate Stephanie’s thoughtfulness as a host in providing us with a pack and play, toys, playmat, and changing pad for our toddler. Truly just a great place to stay in when visiting the Cape May area— We’d love to visit again!

My family had a great stay at Fortescue beach. Quiet town, beautiful sunsets, a few nights of skies clear enough to see the Perseid meteor shower. Beach access from the house, easy kayaking and paddle boarding, calm waves and shallower water on the bay was great for kids.

This house worked great for our family of 6 adults and 4 children (including a baby and toddler). There was plenty of room, the house was updated, bright and clean, and the outdoor space, patio, and outdoor shower was a bonus. We cooked in the kitchen and used the dishwasher and laundry daily. We were surprised to see a charcoal grill. Plenty of hot water in the showers. Owners are friendly and helpful. Easy/pleasant drive to Cape May. The beach down the street has beautiful sunsets (though not for swimming) and the neighborhood is nice for a stroll/bike ride (bikes are provided). Overall very happy with the space, location, and how it accommodated our large group!

This was our second time staying at Frank and Dayle's. Their place is perfectly located, just a few minutes walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants in town. The bike trail and tennis courts are also close by. The house was clean, welcoming, and comfortable for our family of four, including parents and two young adults. Our son was able to work remotely and found the enclosed porch provided a perfect work space. WiFi was also excellent. Frank and Dayle are responsive and helpful hosts. Our family have stayed in close to two dozen Airbnbs and I would rank Ebb and Flow beach house as one of the best!

Christen’s place was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway! The cozy, homey vibe made it easy to relax, and the back porch overlooking the small lake was exactly the peaceful escape my family and I needed. We felt right at home and truly recharged during our stay. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a quiet staycation near the water, and as a bonus, it’s only about 30 minutes from Atlantic City! Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at the Bridge House at Swan Lake Resort. We really enjoyed our time there. It's a beautiful, comfortable, well decorated home that has stunning views of the lake. There's a large wrap around deck that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen is also quite large and has beautiful, state-of-the-art appliances. We were in town for a wedding and the location of the property made it very easy to get to the venue. We would definitely consider staying there again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Wow! The property was absolutely beautiful! We chose this location for the tub and it didn’t disappoint! The huge dining table was great if you have guests. The bed was such a treat - fully adjustable. The person who managed the reservation was responsive, friendly and very helpful. We WILL be back.

Our stay was relaxing and quiet! Our dogs had fun and coffee on the deck every morning with the view of the lake was wonderful! Our host stayed in communication with us if we needed anything!

loved our stay here quiet location and driving distance to many places

My third time with Swan Lake and I find the location, prices, and cabins perfect for my needs. Very clean (not spotless), great kitchen with lots of counter space, comfortable beds and pillows, uncluttered, and in a quiet location. It's a little tricky to find, so make sure you use the map of the sites that they give you and not GPS, which is not accurate there. Host was very responsive to my questions. Convenient parking right by the door and just a few steps up onto the porch to get in. Nice layout inside. I will return!

Bill and Kristin's place was spotless. The private beach was amazing - my wife and daughter loved flipping the horseshoe crabs over to save them. We loved the porch and looking out over the water all day even when the weather was a little spotty. Would visit again any time.

A beautiful location with a lovely lake view. Access to trails, lake activities and a modern professional-grade gym. The community is friendly and helpful. The home and experience exceeded our expectations.
