In the historic district, off-street parking is important this close to the beach, park&walk everywhere. Window air, wifi, dish, awninged porches, private outside H&C showers, full kitchen. As they say, location, location. Just steps from the Delaware Bay beach. View sunsets every night from your second floor deck. Built in 2024 enjoy our new two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living room/kitchen/dining apartment. Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

Steps to the beach, mall, restaurants. Steps to it all. Please also note: this is a second floor unit above two VERY BUSY businesses. Last note:once you park your car, you will have a designated parking spot about 3 blocks away (or you can choose to pay the meter and keep it closer). When we lived here, we parked our cars blocks away. You are on the two most popular streets in town…Jackson and Beach. We lived here for years. It truly is the best location in town.
