I call it my "happy shack" ... 4 houses from the water and the best sunsets in NJ! This classic sixties Millman Cottage has been completely renovated into a happy litte boho inspired retreat space you wont want to leave. Take a sunset kayak paddle, then come back and grill out on the super chill patio, lay in the hammocks, or sit around the fire table for smores!I have two queen bedrooms, and one big beautiful sunroom with a pull out queen sofa. 2 living areas in this little cottage too!

Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

Kaitlyn’s place is a nice clean house in between 2 great beaches in New Jersey. She was very communicative with us from the beginning of our stay to check out and always available. The house had all amenities to make a long weekend great! Our family enjoyed the house and will recommend to anyone looking to stay in New Jersey between Wildwood and Cape May beaches.

This is our second stay at Bungalow by the Bay for an adult sibling get-together. There are always plenty of staples in the kitchen and bathroom, it’s very clean, bright, cute, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans and glasses. Easy walk to the beach, nice deck to have our morning coffee.

Very comfortable house for 2 adults and 1-3 kids for sure. The inside of the house has all brand new top tier appliances and the overall design is very nice. Nice backyard with games, grill, lighting, just very peaceful. VERY close to a private beach with nice people and not too crowded. The house is in a great location. Getting to any destination is very easy and not too far of a drive. Very convenient. The hosts communicated very quickly when we had a question and were polite. A bridge went down into Wildwood and they sent us the update which was nice and good to know. Overall just a very pleasant experience. 10/10.

The house is even better then the pictures! It was so cozy & fully stocked with the basic necessities you would need & then some. Not the cheap stuff either. There aren't TVs in the bedrooms but with everything to do, you're not spending your time watching TV. The epitomy of home away from home!

We loved everything about this house from the breathtaking views, open spacious layout, and well-stocked amenities. The biggest feature is the location and the view! Even during rainy days, we enjoyed so much of our time in the bay facing room ( completely unobstructed view!) watching the wildlife, ships, and bay activity. It was perfect for our small kids.

My Mom, Daughter and I loved our little girls getaway week at Nicholas’s Cottage. Everything was as described and the home is small but super cozy and has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
