Cottage holiday rentals in Villas, Lower Township

My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

Jeannine was extremely helpful and flexible with checkout. The yard was gorgeous and our 2 dogs loved being out there almost the entire day. They had everything you needed from towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice touches with toothbrushes and little things you forget sometimes! Location is right down the road from a gorgeous beach with beautiful sunsets. Next time I am looking for a getaway in Cape May, I will be staying here!!

This was our second time staying at JoJo’s cottage and it was another amazing experience! The house really makes you feel like you’re right at home. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to do a lot of cooking at the house. But you’re also so close to so many restaurants for when you’re feeling something easier! It really is a perfect spot, especially if you have dogs and/or kiddos. We would totally book again next summer 😊

We were the very first guests in Eric’s house and we thought Eric did a good job to prepare for his first guests. There are still a few things to improve but I’m sure those will get improved with time. Overall, this is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. Only a few miles away from the beach. There is a full size on the ground pool that is pretty new and it was a nice surprise especially for kids. Kitchen has everything you need and maybe more. We’ve had a few issues in the beginning but Eric was real quick to respond and help resolve the issues. Additionally, he was checking in sporadically through our stay to make sure everything was going well. We thought it was a good value for a house in Lewes during very busy season. I would recommend anyone looking for a stay in Lewes to give this house a chance.

What can I say, from the adorable and impeccable style of this cottage to the considerate dog toys and treats, just a really great experience. The pool and outdoor space is just what you need after a day on the beach, and the interior has all you need, plus a relaxing but elevated beach style. Would give this lil place an 11! Thanks to the owners and Teresa for hosting a top notch stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach you need to stay here... The house itself is clean and comfortable with more than enough space for a group or family. The location was 10/10... you get a large grass and patio area in the front of the house and in the back you have a lovely quiet beach, a patio and a rooftop patio and a hot tub with lots of clean and comfortable outdoor furniture (tables, couches, cushions, pillows, and two lounge chairs on the rooftop patio). No issues with parking you park right outside the house. The location was perfect you can walk to local restaurants, convenient stores and a wawa close by. And only about a 20 minute drive to Washington street mall in cape may (awesome place to visit and walk around go shopping and eat). My favorite part of the trip was being able to watch some BEAUTIFUL sunsets every night from the backyard... Truly an amazing property and perfect quiet location. I have zero complaints. Thank you to the owners for sharing!

Our stay at Laura and Red’s place was absolutely perfect! The home is beautifully designed, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything yet peaceful and private. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even offering great local recommendations. We especially loved the outdoor space — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable retreat!

Definitely will go back again. Such a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. The house and yard were perfect for the dogs. They enjoyed running around the entire house. Vlad and Inga were very responsive. I personally enjoyed a break for my birthday. Plan to visit with some of my grandkids. They will love the beach and riding bikes in a peaceful neighborhood. I live in a quiet neighborhood myself, but this was just the break I needed. Thank you both!

We stayed at Adam’s house with our dog and had the best time! The house is perfect and is fully stocked with anything you could need. It is a quick walk to the bayside beach which is dog friendly year round. Downtown Cape May is just a 15 minute drive away and there are many breweries, wineries, parks, and restaurants in between. We will definitely book again the next time we’re in Cape May.

Wonderful spot with private backyard, walkable streets, and just minutes from the bay (walking) and Cape May (driving). Perfect for a small family. Highly recommended. Thank you, Sharon and Doug!

Camilla and Taylor’s place was a great stay! They allowed me and my friends to use the space when we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay for senior week. It’s a beautiful home and we had lots of fun! :) They are very friendly and responsive and made sure we felt at home.

We had a fantastic holiday weekend at Moondoggies! The location can’t be beat and the sunsets from the rooftop porch were incredible. The house was exactly as described and spotless. We felt right at home. Sally was super helpful when we had questions during our stay. Looking forward to a return stay sometime!

A great place with lots of rooms! For a smaller place, there are several rooms and three bathrooms! I was very grateful for the crib; my only complaint was the crib was in the middle room, so it was difficult for us to walk through that room to get to the other bathroom and back bedroom after the baby was asleep.

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place! The place was everything we needed for my husband and I, our daughter and 2 of our grandkids and our doodle, David was a very gracious host. We will need to go back did not have enough time to explore the area! The fenced in yard was so nice for our dog!

Patricia was quick to respond, pleasant to converse with, very accommodating. She made our stay in Cape May as good as it could be. If we were to go to Cape May again, Patricia’s home would be our place to stay. Thank you Patricia for making our stay so wonderful.

We had the most wonderful stay at the longhouse cottage! The location truly cannot be beat! We loved the interior design and the thoughtful details throughout. The welcome sign with our name- inquiring about whether we need child friendly gear- all made us feel at home! We cannot wait to return to this gem of a place!

My sister and I stayed at Brigid's place in early May in order to fulfil a longtime dream of seeing the spring bird migration on Cape May. Finding the place and parking were easy. We were both blown away at how spacious and beautifully-appointed the cabin was. It could easily have served 4 people well. The kitchen and bathroom were quite functional, the living room and bedrooms were large, etc. There was a book with helpful information about local attractions and restaurants. The cabin sits in the parking area of a wharf; while we were there, all was quiet with hardly any traffic. We stocked up at nearby Bylers store and Food Lion. Since we were busy bird watching, we didn't go Whale Watching, but perhaps we'll get a chance to do that another time.

Stayed the weekend here for my Bachelorette weekend! It was such a fun and cute place to stay!!

We absolutely loved this stay! The house was beautiful and we did not run in to any issues. Ashley checked in on us to ensure our stay was going well and was very responsive. Their guidebook was also super helpful when looking for things to do in the area. We would love to come back!

My Mom, Daughter and I loved our little girls getaway week at Nicholas’s Cottage. Everything was as described and the home is small but super cozy and has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Tanya's cottage. She was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed beforehand. The place was *so* cozy and cute; my wife and I really enjoyed the hammock and outdoor fine pit! The bikes also made getting around a breeze, and the beach was a 2 minute walk -- just delightful! Would love to stay again anytime.

Our family had a great stay here. Everything you could need as a family is included with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of beach gear (even a beach cart to take your belongings onto the beach), bikes, outdoor shower, and beach tags. It was our home away from home. We enjoyed walking down to the bay beach which is so close and we got to see 2 horseshoe crabs right in front of us and a wonderful sunset. There are numerous restaurants and ice cream shops, as well as a WaWa and CVS right down the street. It is only about a 15-20 min drive to all the Cape May attractions you could want to see. We would love to stay here again if we are in the area.
