Beach house holiday rentals in Villas, Lower Township

Listing EXACTLY as described. Easy walk to water, safe and plenty of room!! Bikes were awesome to use! highly recommend. Host was extremely friendly and available. Will stay again, next time I come out to Cape May!

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

Mark and family’s Sunsets and Serenity was far beyond what we were hoping for in a family vacation rental. The location right along the bay has the best vibe for relaxation with the sound and smell of ocean so close. So many amenities in this home! Everything was already available when we needed something, be it cooking wares and all the appliances, towels, beach/yard toys and games, plus awesome pool and porches to hang out at. Also, only 15-20 minutes from great restaurants, beaches, and boardwalk! Truly cannot say enough about this amazing home and the awesome family that runs it. This has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The space truly has everything you could possibly think of—every utensil, pot, pan, and seasoning you might need is already there. The kitchen is so well-stocked, it made cooking feel effortless. The home itself is spacious, cozy, and perfect for a girls trip. The views are absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the ocean and looking out at the water every morning was so refreshing. Even though the beach itself was just okay, the overall atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. My friends and I had such a great time and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. The host was super responsive and easy to reach, which made everything even smoother. I really hope to come back one day—this stay was truly special!

Angela was super easy to work with. The house was perfect. It was very fresh and clean inside and out. It was so nice to walk down to the beach or relax on the patio. The location was perfect and within 20 minutes of all the places we needed to go in both Cape May and Wildwoods. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful after busy days. The decor of the home made it such a comfy stay. The landscaping was beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this location.

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

We loved everything about this house from the breathtaking views, open spacious layout, and well-stocked amenities. The biggest feature is the location and the view! Even during rainy days, we enjoyed so much of our time in the bay facing room ( completely unobstructed view!) watching the wildlife, ships, and bay activity. It was perfect for our small kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joe and Kelly’s beach house, which accommodated our group of two families of four. Being so short of a distance from the peaceful bayside beach was fantastic. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Joe and Kelly were very responsive and friendly and provided lots of local recommendations that we used. Thank you! Truly recommend this place.

We LOVED this Oceanfront home!!! It was gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals, plus a massive grill outside that made outdoor cooking just as enjoyable. Who has 2 refrigerators? This house. Enormous beverage refrigerator and the other is the kitchen. (Great touch Nick!) The hot tub and pool were just steps from the bedroom—such a treat! Beds were super comfy and there were so many bathrooms, which made it perfect for our large group. No need to drive to downtown when you just need to walk 2 blocks to everything!! The outdoor shower was a favorite feature, and there were plenty of beach chairs and bikes for everyone to enjoy. This house is oceanfront with absolutely breathtaking views from morning to night. This place had everything. Nick was an amazing host and very responsive. The bar is set very high at Nicks place. You won’t want to stay anywhere else.

The house, pool, neighborhood, proximity to the beach -all were excellent. The house was clean, the pool was warm and well taken care of, and the 2 block walk to the beach was easy - as the beach access is right on the end of their road. We followed a few of their recommendations on their page as well for things to do/places to eat and they were all great!

This home is absolutely stunning. There’s nothing I would change about it. The attention to detail in every piece of the home was perfect. The indoor/outdoor space was great for summer nights going back-and-forth between watching TV and going into the private pool. Roseanne gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The location is walkable and in a section of town that is quiet yet close to everything you would need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and the outdoor shower was the cherry on top (and there were two of them). It was clean, decorated beautifully, and I absolutely cannot wait to stay here again!

Our group had a great time! The weather wasn’t the best, which made the indoor pool so great! Any questions we had, Hong was super responsive. The location of the house had a beautiful view and felt very private. We would definitely book again.

This was our second time staying here. It was amazing. Edward is super responsive. Great location to walk to many places. The house was very clean and the views were great with all the windows. It was the perfect spot for our family!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Karen's house. The layout was perfect for us. With four kids, having three bedrooms on one side of the house for them and the master bedroom on the other side of the house for us gave two tired parents a little break. The fenced-in yard was great for our beagle. We used the barbecue too, which was ready to go, with a nice glass outdoor table with 6 chairs next the bbq. The house is in a low-key, non-tourist area, right down the street from the beach, a quick stroll, literally two to three minutes. The beach is beautiful. In the morning at low tide, great to look for shells and enjoy the view; in the evening at high tide, beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Karen was super responsive to any and all questions we had. She gave us ideas for kid-centric activities in the area, as well as recommendations for restaurants. We had a great few days here and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Karen!

Our group of 7 (ages 14 to 80) had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes, beach chairs, and especially the coffee bar each morning. The location is perfect — we only used our car twice, with so much in walking distance. Best of all, we could relax together after busy days. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this beach house. There was a decent communal area and the place was immaculate when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive, usually within a few minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and some seasonings. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly but far from downtown. The house is a bit dated especially when looking from the yard and the walls are incredibly thin. It’s a good place for a hangout with friends and family. It’s a quintessential beach cottage.

House was very clean and everything was brand new and in working order. Nice neighborhood and easy to find. Daniel was very responsive to messaging and answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this house.

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful property for our wedding weekend.... it was actually better than described! Beautifully decorated (loved the pineapple touches!) Linens and pillows were so high quality and comfortable. But... the top deck.... what a view! This property definitely had the "wow factor" that we wanted for our adult kids coming into town for the weekend. Kayleigh was so easy to work with. Five stars is not enough.... xoxo
