We had a great time, a charming place and very tastefully decorated. An old barn renovated with intelligence and very good taste. Air conditioning and large windows, a charming private garden with an enviable orientation.

I stayed for two months and the decision to settle here was adequate. Pancho is a very attentive person, accessible for any questions of both the house and the city, and the cleaning service is good and efficient. A lovely person. I would repeat without hesitation.

Everything was unbeatable. The host, his father, the house (with a foosball table like the ones in old bars). Barbecue, outdoor dining area... The PERFECT house. Cool by day and warm at night. Not a sound could be heard on the street. A haven of tranquility 10 minutes from the capital. If you come to Salamanca, this is a 10/10 quality-price-experience option. I wish Rubén and his family good luck with the accommodation because they deserve it. The care and dedication with which they prepare the stay are worthy of mention. They even let us in before the agreed time and offered that we could leave later. That's not what everyone does.
