Monthly Rentals in Villanueva de Perales

The river and mountains view from the apartment was really nice. It is a studio apartment with some stairs to climb. There are beautiful hilly and river surroundings with river beaches nearby. However, telecom signals are not there in the apartment and one needs to depend on WiFi only. Also there are no grocery shops or restaurants before 5+ kms. Overall it was a peaceful and serene stay in pristine natural surroundings

Everything is perfect! The room has everything you could need, it's super clean and very cozy. Having a bathroom to yourself is an incredible plus. Manuel was very close, kind and attentive to everything I needed. I recommend staying here 100%! Nice to meet you!

We were originally looking to stay in Madrid but are very grateful to have stayed at Esteban's place instead! There are many beautiful towns in the region and the environment is peaceful. The apartment is well appointed and generous with bathroom and other amenities. Esteban and Diego were perfect hosts, making us feel comfortable and giving lots of advice about the area. Highly recommended!
