Holiday rentals with beach access in Villajoyosa

Very nice accommodation. Clean and tidy. 100% recommended

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Small nice apartment located right on the seafront in villajoyosa. Fitted us perfectly who wanted to be close to the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk. highly recommended, we are super happy! Wouldn't have done anything if there were any extra plates, cutlery and glasses in the apartment when we wanted to have guests over for some food. But for us who lived there was everything we needed!

The apartment was great and the beds were excellent. The elevator connection between the garage and the residential floor was great, and at the same time you could get to the swimming pool without any obstacles. The only downside was the construction in the area and its sounds, but even that was not too disturbing and decreases all the time. I recommend!

Great apartment opposite the marina and a very short walk to the beach. It is very well equipped with just about everything we needed. There is free on street car parking and also access to a parking lot opposite. The owners were very responsive and checkin was straight forward. Would definitely recommend.

we had a wonderful time staying in Carlos's apartment...the apartment itself was clean, bright and literally a stones throw from the most beautiful beach!! we had a wonderful time and felt so at home and relaxed in the lovely apartment. Carlos and Aida were so thoughtful and helpful...even allowed us to check out later than the listed time. The apartment has everything you need for a terrific holiday and is both spacious and very comfortable. Great shower, comfy beds and they even have Netflix if you fancy a night in! I would highly recommend this apartment and ypu won't get nicer hosts than Carlos and Aida. Truly a great place!!!! Thank you guys for making our vacation so perfect....we'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Jelle's place. The apartment is beautiful on 2 floors with a large terrace always sunny and sea view! There are all the necessary amenities, a spar 200m away and free parking nearby. Next to the beach, it's very peaceful!

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

The house of Vendelin is beautifully located in the old town - central yet quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and it has many games for children. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with wonderful sea views and over the rooftops of the old town. Vendelin is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. The accommodation was exactly like in the photos and felt very comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was a highlight every day. The area around the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's direct access to a lovely, quiet pebble beach. If you want to explore Alicante and other places along the Costa Blanca, it's a good idea to rent a car like we did. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!

We recommend Carmen's apartment, she is a very responsive, kind and friendly host by message. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine! The apartment is super well located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few meters away, on the Plaza de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, when it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it is very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment on this square as well as in the avenue Frederico Soto, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described. The view of the port and the city is very appreciable. We had a great time! Thank you so much!
