Holiday rentals with beach access in Villajoyosa

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Small nice apartment located right on the seafront in villajoyosa. Fitted us perfectly who wanted to be close to the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk. highly recommended, we are super happy! Wouldn't have done anything if there were any extra plates, cutlery and glasses in the apartment when we wanted to have guests over for some food. But for us who lived there was everything we needed!

When we first arrived at Paradisun, we were a bit skeptical despite the promising pictures. But as soon as we saw the stunning garden and the blue sea, our doubts vanished. Our second-floor apartment (#6) offered breathtaking sea views, even better than the photos. The apartment was spotless, with A/C and TVs in every room, and a spacious kitchen with a sea view. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The garden was spacious and well-maintained, with a great pool and direct access to the sea. We sometimes cooked dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it in the garden, which was a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the nearby grocery store made shopping easy. Jose was very helpful with e.g. arranging meals from local places. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who kept everything tidy. Paradisun is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I highly recommend it!

Irina was a great host, greeting us on arrival and answering all our questions. She provided us a secure parking space, as well as beach towels and a parasol. The location is excellent, right next to the beach and above some nice restaurants and bars. It is quiet at night. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and it had everything we needed. Villajoyosa is a lovely town, with nice beaches, restaurants and bars, it has a great balance of things to do but not too crowded.

we had a wonderful time staying in Carlos's apartment...the apartment itself was clean, bright and literally a stones throw from the most beautiful beach!! we had a wonderful time and felt so at home and relaxed in the lovely apartment. Carlos and Aida were so thoughtful and helpful...even allowed us to check out later than the listed time. The apartment has everything you need for a terrific holiday and is both spacious and very comfortable. Great shower, comfy beds and they even have Netflix if you fancy a night in! I would highly recommend this apartment and ypu won't get nicer hosts than Carlos and Aida. Truly a great place!!!! Thank you guys for making our vacation so perfect....we'll definitely be back!

What a beautiful and tranquil place! It was so calm and quiet, yet just a 1 min walk to the beach and Resturant’s (som de mar was our fav!) The neighbourhood was super authentic and felt really friendly. The colours of the houses was incredible, and we were also just opposite the park and a wonderful beach front walk ! The beds were very comfy and I am a bad sleeper but I slept so well at Joans place. It’s super clean place and shower is amazing! Would totally recommend staying here we can’t wait to come back! The area is much more authentic and tranquil than a lot of the other seafront places and you really feel like your exploring real Spain

Good location, tidy and clean, with everything you need inside the flat. Nice views from the balcony for the ones that like scenery.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

The house of Vendelin is beautifully located in the old town - central yet quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and it has many games for children. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with wonderful sea views and over the rooftops of the old town. Vendelin is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

The accommodation was exactly like in the photos and felt very comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was a highlight every day. The area around the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's direct access to a lovely, quiet pebble beach. If you want to explore Alicante and other places along the Costa Blanca, it's a good idea to rent a car like we did. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!
