Patricia is a very attentive and very responsive person. She cares about the well-being of her tenants and was very friendly and empathetic when unfortunately for her she was the victim of very inconsiderate tenants who preceded our visit and left her home in a pitiful state. A great stay at Sandrine's. As described , ideally located in relation to the city center and close to the ocean. A peaceful little oasis to unwind with everything inside . Sandrine is a very welcoming Host, and has good advice . Recommended .

Very good family stay. The children really appreciate their bedroom space and the proximity to the beach. Everything is done on foot or by bike.

Housekeeping kit available, as well as a very practical washing machine. Quiet residence where dogs are allowed on a leash. Unheated pool, very clean. We, 2 families with 5 kids between 3 and 11 had a magnificient time in Audrey‘s house. While the weather can always be a bit of a challenge in April, the pool was warmed up and hence delivered a ton of joy for all of us. House was very well equipped with all amenities we could wish for. Handover easy, house brilliant, beach around the corner, restaurant around the corner, bakery to easily reach in 10-15 min by foot. So no real negatives. Off-season price seems good too. Thank you Audrey, that we were able to stay in your house.

We had a wonderful stay at Léa's place. Our arrival was easy and smooth thanks to the instructions given by Léa as well as thanks to the availability of Nathalie who told us where the parking was (at the bottom of the apartment, what more could you ask for?). Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sheets and towels. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for stays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes… nothing was missing! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: the beach, the lake, the shops, a bike rental store... The quality/price ratio of the accommodation is really great, you can't find better. We are more than delighted with the accommodation and Léa's availability. We look forward to the opening of reservations for 2026!

Small cocoon - nice with children. Very well arranged close to everything and especially the sea and the lake. You can park easily and leave the car there to do anything on foot.

I did not meet Eric and I regret it, but I am particularly satisfied with the exchanges we had. Eric is very responsive, eager to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. He responds very quickly to requests. He regularly makes sure that everything is going well for his guests. Eric deserves the status of super host and I will gladly recommend him to friends looking for a vacation place in Vieux Boucau.

Very welcoming host. It's rare to have beers in the fridge and a packet of chips as a welcome when you arrive! Phillippe told us about beautiful walks to take on the bike paths, even after returning the apartment he was always available for walking tips Frankly, excellent! Thank you both for your hospitality. Accommodation close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bike paths, very peaceful place under the pine forest. We'll be back!!

We had a wonderful stay in Xavier and Virginie's apartment for the second time. The location is ideal. You immerse yourself in the beach and surfing scene on the balcony, but you can also retreat to the apartment. The beach is only 2 minutes away and at night you can often hear the surf of the Atlantic. The caretaker Stephanie is super nice and was able to answer all our questions. Check-in and check-out with Stephanie was straightforward and very flexible. The parking space in the underground parking is invaluable. We want to come back.
