We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

The entire service is very good and meets our expectations for vacation rentals. Quiet place without being isolated, hosts present and available without being disturbing. Great value for money.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. We came to spend a weekend with our dog in Stéphane's house. The house is very well located, very clean and well equipped! The warm welcome from the host counts a lot, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks again!

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and in a great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many possibilities to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with many details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! About the area: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

This is a lovely never home. Very comfortable for our group of 3 couples. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We enjoyed the pool on our one sunny day and enjoyed sitting on patio all three days we were there. I will note that the grill provided is charcoal and and the briquettes were not provided- so if you want to grill outside plan ahead. However the applique ces were excellent including a 7 burner stove. So we just grilled inside!

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stéphanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

Beautiful house ideally located between Contis and Mimizan. The nearest beach is that of L'Espécier... just beautiful. We spent 4 ideal days between rest and walks by the sea in this well-equipped house in the shaded park. We recommend. Thank you Fabien for your responsiveness.

We had a short stay but storing as many exceptional images as possible thanks to the magnificent view of the Rhune to Seignosse! The top floor brings the expected calm. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people. Lena is very responsive when needed and accommodating on the flexibility of check-in. Thank you, we had a pleasant time 👍

Very cozy accommodation, as shown in the pictures and description, with just enough and necessary to spend a few days. The terrace is great, it's where we've spent the most time. Right on the beach, in a very quiet area. Close to the canal where you can take a quiet walk and enjoy beautiful views, and 20 minutes from the shopping area and supermarket. In addition, we have communicated with Martine, a very nice and very attentive woman, attentive to any questions we may have. He has provided us with exquisite attention. Highly recommended, we had a great time.

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

We loved our 3 night stay. We are a couple and loved the space and how easy to get to main town Parked the car and left it! They had coffee and basic staples for cooking Would highly recommend staying here !!

We had a great week in Jérôme's apartment! The accommodation is very well equipped, functional and perfectly in line with the listing. Everything is designed to make the stay comfortable. The location is also ideal, close to transport, shops and right in front of the beach! Jérôme was a responsive and welcoming host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, close to the center and 2 steps from the lake. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The provision of bicycles is a real plus! Cécile welcomed us very well, she was responsive and accommodating :)

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Perfect stay! Very warm apartment, close to the center and the beaches. Very quiet residence. Muriel is adorable and attentive to her tenants. We had a wonderful vacation!
