Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

We had a great time at this charming place. Ideal location in the cool forest. But be careful anyway for those more sensitive to heat in summer, there is no air conditioning and everything is made of bay windows. Also, a heads up to my arachnophobic friends, this type of accommodation is a little challenge. Otherwise, the accommodation is very charming and comfortable, although the two additional bedrooms are quite cramped for anything other than children.

Really ideal for partying with family and children. Even though the weather wasn't with us, we took advantage of it. In addition, the house is decorated with a multitude of heathered objects, really nice! Wild beaches are reached by foot!

We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

This stay was perfect both from the point of view of the house, which is very well-equipped and lovely, and for communication with Emilie which was extremely pleasant! We'll be happy to go back!

Karyn‘s place is just beautiful. We had a lovely stay at the charming, calm and authentic landaise villa. We had all we needed just a couple of minutes walking including some great surf. The outdoor shower is a huge plus. 100% recommended for up to 6 persons. Communication with Karyn was totally easy and very friendly.

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. The place is quiet, peaceful and you'll find everything you need to feel at home as soon as you put your suitcases down. Perfect stay for young and old, everyone loved the house and its little extras like books, it's very clean and well maintained. It is well located because not far from the city center by bike or car. We also took advantage of the bicycles available, very convenient for getting around together at the same pace. Viviane was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you again from all of us 😊

Quiet accommodation with a terrace and a large garden, close to the coast, perfect for varying the beaches. Christophe had reserved for us (my husband and our baby) a lot of thoughtful touches: another very pleasant aperitif, for example a high chair for baby.

A very nice place and well located. The most of the garden for our children who are used to it is tiptop! I would highly recommend it!

Great stay in this accommodation which matches the description perfectly. Close to Lac Marin du Vieux Boucau/Soustons beach. 5-minute walk to a nice walk around the lake. Pure pleasure (5 km walk) very friendly host. I recommend the accommodation with an average of 30/20!!! LOL. Really great!

Perfect location close to the beach and the lake in a very calm area of Hossegor. Morgane is super attentive and was always making sure we had what we needed. We stayed with our girls and it was a really nice property to enjoy the area. I recommend this property for sure and appreciate Morgane´s kindness.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house. The city center, its market and shops are just around the corner. Beaches within easy walking distance. Katia and her partner were always easy to reach and cordial. A wonderful experience to be repeated!
