The accommodation is nice and quiet and private. It is clean and has everything you need for cooking and eating on vacation. It is a little small and tight, so more suitable for 2 to a maximum of 3 people or for a family with children, but therefore also very cozy. The couch is not necessarily the most comfortable. All in all I had a very good stay there, can definitely recommend the place.

The accommodation was ideally located for us, in a quiet area close to the city center and with private parking. It's close to the greenway and not too close to the beach. The lack of WiFi internet bothered us, as the network was too saturated to allow GPX traces to be downloaded. The two bikes available to us were in good condition, and at Vieux Boucau, it's nice to have a bike.

We had a great time! Faycel is very responsive and accommodating in terms of schedules (very appreciable flexibility in arrival and departure times). Excellent hospitality. Accommodation meets our expectations, very well equipped and functional. Beautiful location with ocean and lake views. Close to shops, beaches (we do everything on foot). We will be back!

The accommodation is very well located in Vieux Boucau, but at the same time on a very quiet street. Very well-equipped apartment (everything you need is there, and even more). We have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and Vrbos, and this apartment is THE QUEEN of them all. It is more spectacular than even Adrien's description with 180-degree ocean and lighthouse views. The location is unbeatbale - many good restaurants within 1,000 yards and all of Biarritz right at your feet. The apartment is on the top floor; it is very spacious and totally equipped; entire place is immaculate; and it is quiet and very secure. Plus - - - Biarritz is a treasure trove of history, beauty, friendly people, and great food. The entire experience deserves a 100.00% rating. It is worth every Euro. We cannot wait to get back!

Very good stay in this large apartment with a view of the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. The two patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

Patricia and her husband are very welcoming and give very good advice about the beaches, restaurants to discover in the area. The accommodation is simple and functional, adjoining the owners' accommodation but they are respectful and ensure privacy.

We had a great stay at Christophe and Estitxu's! The accommodation is functional, well-equipped and is very well located. The bedding is good quality and the balneo bathtub is a real plus.
